Business is obviously slow at Infiniti South Edmonton and this dealership has serious ethics issues and are not trustworthy. My experiences with this dealership have been brutal with their service department dating back to 2020. Originally I was charged 5 separate diagnostic fees for a no start issue, and spent over $6500 replacing every part imaginable. In the end, it was a loose negative terminal cable that was diagnosed and repaired by another repair shop for $150 dollars. Ouch. Fast forward to present, I reluctantly took my vehicle in for a transmission service as this is the only shop that has the tool needed, and they performed a complimentary inspection. From that inspection was a $7500 quote for major service of my FX35 at 160,000kms including a coolant flush (with no mention of any other issues). The vehicle took longer than expected to fix and when I picked up the vehicle on the lot on Saturday, there was a large coolant leak on the pavement and a flat tire in the lot. Very nice to see after spending another $3100. Now the vehicle is back at the shop and I was sent a shaky video that somehow the radiator is leaking (without even removing the internal cover to see where the leak is coming from) and I was quoted for a replacement of that unit, including brand new tires since they won’t fix the slow leak. Oh, and I forgot the best part! I was asked to pay another diagnostic fee to find what the cause of the NEW coolant leak was, after they had already pre-inspected it originally (with no leaks) and had performed a full coolant flush and road test and didn’t notice the leak! Funny how that works.. Do not buy your vehicle from this dealership, and I would highly recommend not using their service department for your Infiniti.

Sam Rahall was our sales person and he was fantastic when we bought our new car a few weeks ago. He explained everything very well when we did our test drive and also throughout our purchase process. He was not in any way pushy and gave us lots of time and privacy to discuss between us before we purchased. I've been back to the dealership a few times after purchase and Sam has always jumped to help me anytime he's seen me there. I also message with him often when I have any questions and he's been very helpful and responsive. The sales manager, Manraj Khabra, was also fantastic. He was very helpful in answering all our questions and making sure we were completely comfortable with everything before we signed our contract. We dealt with Manraj when we bought our first Infiniti 5 years ago, as well. His service and knowledge was the biggest reason we returned to Infiniti when we wanted a new vehicle. We will definitely return to Infiniti South Edmonton any time we're looking for a vehicle.

Thank you so much for the service. I was there for my out of province vehicle inspection for Tesla model 3. The whole process was easy and I got the car back in 3 hours. I wanna give shout out for Fakhar who did shuttle service from the service center to my house. He was very friendly and make the whole process go so easy. Thank you the service center guys as well. By the app also helped me to get back 5% on my future services. Thank you Tanya as well for being patient and efficient. Sorry I forgot to take pictures but it was very smooth sailing for me.

Recently i purchased a used vehicle and my sales person was SAM who helped me a lot with the selection process and provided a detailed walk through of the vehicle features. Bjorn Vargas is the man. Brought my vehicle in for Service, he took care of everything. Smooth experience from booking it in, to getting a loaner to getting my vehicle back, everything was A+++++ would recommend servicing again. He said it would take about a week to finish and I had my baby back in 2 days!!! Stellar. My car came out cleaner than it went in! Amazing!! You can trust your vehicle with Bjorn.
