I was charged to have my 5mo come to this facility. After approaching the lady (I’m assuming owner) regarding it, and shown her that on their website it says children under 1 are free. I also stated as just after she charged me that I had approached a lady with a pram inside and she had not been charged for her nearly 1yr old and basically said - why would you charge me and not her and that you clearly need to update your website. The lady wasn’t impressed. Very rude and stated ‘it’s only $5’ rolled her eyes and gave me the money back- regardless of price. What is there for my 5mo to do? nothing. He slept majority of the time in the pram. And your website states ‘under 1yo are free’. I had a group of friends go and they all had mentioned just how rude she was even before I mentioned my experience with her. She was clearly stressed out, and yes I get it. Dealing with a lot of kids is stressful. But if you are going to be rude to your customers have a limit of how many kids so it isn’t as stressful and overwhelming. Most play centres have a limit and time frame - maybe this is something you need to consider as I’m sure I’m not the only person who has experienced this.

Booked our sons bday party here. Start off they gave us the wrong table and we where arguing with another family to who's table it was. Once we got our correct table we had to clean the mess and wipe down the tables of the previous party. Set all our own plates and cups up. After 20mins of asking for water jugs we just went to the bar and got our own. Kids did have a great time on the inflatables but there was defiantly a lack of staff. Food came out and we received the same amount of food for 24 kids as the table next to us that had 12 kids. We had to ask for extra food as the kids where still hungry. Had to go and get our own spoons for cake, staff wouldn't bring us a knife or lighter so we had to get it from the bar. Coffee's took over half an hour from order Obviously overbooked for the amount of staff on hand Wouldn't re book or recommend.

I went here for a children's birthday party! There were a lot of hot, swetty and happy children there.. The party was held in a room of which I pretty sure the complex had catered the food. Which wasn't to bad! This room was reasonably sound proof from the play area. The only issue I had, Not being from the area is that Google maps found the place OK but the building is poorly signed. So you sit in your car looking around for where you are supposed to go? Until you finally find the rather small sign on the building that is marked as a sports complex! Or something like that. I was not the only one that had this problem! Otherwise everything was good.

Quite disappointed with the cost of the party we booked. It was certainly not worth it to say the least! I don't even know where to begin. Reluctant to contact them direct due to the lack of customer service we received on the day. Quite unorganized, lack of communication and unhappy staff not a good experience for a first time bday party for our child 3 months later and I haven't even had a message from them. They clearly don't check their google reviews

I like the concept of this place but it definitely could be better. $12 entry was reasonable but everything just seemed a mess. Next to the jumping castle there were hundreds of hard blocks all shoved in the corner that could be a potential hazard for kids under 4, it was hard to sit down with my child and play. It could have been better setup. It was a first for me to come here and I didn’t get the best first impression so I won’t be back in a hurry.

I would NOT recommend you enter your team into the netball competition at this centre. For $12 a game the umpires are not qualified, cannot control the games (don't even blow their whistles!) they are not affiliated with Indoor Sports Australia and don't have any insurance attached to any registration (because there is no registration)! The manager is more concerned about the money for the games than protecting the players.

The venue is nice and clean however we expected it to be bigger and have more things to play with. There is a good pretend play area but not many items to play with. I took my 5 month old sleeping baby and was told I had to pay for her even though she cannot sit, crawl or walk. Pretty disappointed considering other play centres don't charge. My two year old had a lovely time though so thank you.

Had a really great kids party here. The food and service was great and the staff were so helpful. It all went like clockwork. I highly recommend the venue for a booked party or even a visit to get the kids out of the house. I have done that a few times also. Also the coffee is excellent for the parents while you are waiting for the kids to wear themselves out. Great value for money!!

I had my sons 6th birthday here. Talk about value for money. $285 catered for up to 12 kids. We didn’t have that many but still worth it. Staff were very friendly. Special mention to tommy I think his name is. He went that extra mile to play with my son and his friends and the boys thought he was hilarious! Thanks mate! Appreciate the venue guys

Took my family here and the whole place was amazing! Staff went above and beyond and were so lovely. The lady in the cafe was just the best. She works so hard. The kids all loved the inflatables and had the best time. I noticed a few parties going on and the kids and family’s looked like they were all having the best time.

We booked a party at Mornington Inflatable Land and it was BRILLIANT! The booking process was easy, the communication from the staff was streamlined and professional...and on the day, they took care of basically everything!! The kids had such a great time! Very pleased with the venue and the service!

Our son had his birthday here over the weekend and the experience was very positive. The staff were friendly and organised, the perfect amount of food was provided for the kids. The venue is much bigger than I'd expected and includes a play area for children under 4. Highly recommend!

I personally thought it was Not worth the money. Kids 7yo and 12yo were bored in 20 minutes and wanted to go opshopping/home instead. Funtopia is much more better and worth the extra 25 minutes drive (we are from rosebud) The little kids area (under 5's) looked alright.

Love it awesome place for something to do with the kiddies. There are loads of different jumping castles and slides. Excellent place for a kids party . There is also a cafe with food and drinks. *** Don’t forget socks for kids to play *** …

We had the most awesome time at Inflatable Land Mornington today! My kids absolutely loved it, the supervision staff were phemomal with my kids, like no other play centre I've ever been to! Clean, friendly and we all had a ball! Thankyou!

Great value for both a quick visit and kids parties. Been a few times now with our kids (3, 5) and they love it. Not pricey for what you get and the staff keep a good eye on things if you have little ones. We will keep on coming back.

Entertainment factor is winning, especially for kids. Awesome spot for play with jumping castles, inflatable obstacle courses and a toddler area. But go on a full stomach. The food menu is abysmal here. Limited menu and bad coffee.

Absolutely fabulous, we had our daughters 4th birthday party there, the kids had so much fun and were entertained the entire time. All the staff were great and very accommodating. Kids loved the food. Highly recommend!

Our son had his joint birthday party here. Such a friendly team hosting a great venue. Can cater for 100 people easily. I think the adults had as much fun as the kids. I will highly recommend this venue.

Always love this place. Great for the kids, has all the facilities you need. Open during the week for little ones, play Netball there at night, have had 2 of my daughters parties there. 100% recommended.

Awesome range of inflatables for kids to play on. Great way to spend the afternoon out of the elements. Good use of indoor sports centre, and they even have a sports bar for the dad's.

Went to a 4 year old birthday party here with my son. It's a great place for kids and adults alike. Lots of obstacles for the young ones, and a separate area for the very young ones.

We just had our son's 4th birthday here today. Mark was lovely to deal with, extremely helpful and willing to reschedule our party when my son was sick 2 weeks ago.

They were very good at patrolling baby toddler area. It could do with a good clean and disinfecting. They could make it cleaner and make paents take shoes off too.

Had a 7th birthday here yesterday, kids had a fantastic time and team were very helpful in getting things organised and making sure everyone enjoyed themselves!

Different sections for private functions but open enough for kids to run around in a safe environment. Huge play section for toddlers only which is great too.

Great venue for a kids party, lots of variety for the kids. Staff are friendly and helpful. Most importantly good coffee so early starts are parent friendly.
