I have no option but to take matters into my own hands. No regard to heritage, illegal works and a crisis potentially affecting the assets and I instruments enabelinging government and councils to roll out green way projects unfortunately due to lack of knowledge and certain services the license could become public and not to mention the raw sewerage going into our ocean and deteriorating the aboriginal land mark causing intense environmental havic. I have spent a long time on project and responsibility sad thing is council doesn't care. Even if it harmed your family's health resulting in death. They simply don't care. So what do I do let my streat collapse and infestate, watch all the trees get cut down despite councils rejection on application. Or stop paying rates....

If there is zero I would have given that. Worst people who cannot respond on time. Customer service.... forget about it.... on time lunch break , tea break, smoke break ....so on.....but never complete work on time. They never understand what is time and how important it’s for local community people. Lack of communication among their team mates is Major problem. Front desk employees have no clue what they are doing.!! If you ask any questions ....ohhh...let me look ...sorry cannot retrieve data ...please wait for come back. Mange is not available .....applications isn’t working .... I wouldn’t recommend any one to this place unless it’s neck of the moment.

Hi Adam Vines (Senior Claims Advocate). There are at least 10 potholes on my road that have been unfixed for months. I sent in a claim to the council because nrma had to come help me change a tyre because one of the potholes gave me a flat tyre. You’re reply was repulsive. Basically you weren’t aware of the potholes so you take no responsibility for the damage. How about, you come fix the roads now that you know a out their shocking condition.

Fast customer service and came for the JP to certify some records. They were able to help me out even though the person qualified for certification was busy. Plenty of parking to be found if needed and it's a short walk from Petersham train station.

Just realised Inner West Petersham council have pulled out money from my account.How could they have access to my account if i have not used my card for any parking or the like. I dont even visit Petersham. It shows they are temporarily closed too.

I just had the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a cou cil or government service centre. Sandy and Anita went above and beyond in helping me get my parking permit and I left with a smile. Highly recommend!

Shocking service . Miserable disgruntled staff !!!! I can’t believe these people get paid a wage ! They should all be volunteers.

This concerns Leichhardt pool. Not a good look around cafe & seating area. Today I saw cockroaches in the this area.
