Allen, Sunil and Annu - collectively own the salon are incredibly knowledgeable about products and i honestly felt that thier services went above and beyond - they give ear to the customer demands and tailormade the services accordingly. Well behaved manners and hospitality alone has made me want to book my next appointment here.

They all are cheaters.. They will take your money and then they will deny providing services and refund both. And all aunties who are working there if you will ask any thing to them they will start screaming and scolding you immediately. They will shout like"mohalley ki anpadh aunties". They will give you threat. They did same to me they took my 1000rs and denied providing services before one week and when I asked for refund.. Aunties with name dipika and sandhya thay started screaming like anything and said they will not do anything " Aapko jo karna hai karlo, kya karogi paise le kar" And they were repeatedly saying same thing at very high pitch as if I am asking for their money. It's a cheap place and I think just bcz of it they are offering services at cheap prices. *****plz don't go there those aunties can scare you at any limit**** Every employee is a like a little Don..spend more but don't go there they don't know how to behave and talk to a customer. There is jo scope for negative rating thats y I gave 1 rating otherwise I would have given them negative rating.

There many false promises before booking. We face my problems after makeup like as 1). Makeup is not waterproof 2). Products is not good 3). After makeup I look like a dark skin girl but I have a fair skin 4). After makeup I look very good in her saloon but when I reach marriage hall I look very bad because in saloon light effect. 5). I book macHD makeup but she did not done. She did as her wish 6). Eyelashes is not proper set. Over all very bad experience totally waste of money.

Worst ever experience with the professionals inside the salon, especially with the receptionist Simran. Will not recommend anyone to go there. The hair was not done properly and was asked to come the next day for the same. When we arrived, we were greeted with death stares by receptionist Simran throughout the hair treatment. Only visit them for regular basic services. Got smoothening done, the staff for hairs is unprfossesional and untrained; worst result and they even got it repaired. Even for their blunder they expect customer to pay again and again. Bad!
