Overpriced items that do not correspond to the quality or service you will receive. I purchased a top last week from this store only to come home and find that the seam was uneven and that of poor quality- this was very noticeable and made the top sit lopsided. In addition to this, there was foundation left around the neckline of the top- had I noticed this before quickly hurrying out; I would not have made the purchase. I understand that at times manufacturers may make errors in the stitching of fabrics and I felt at ease THINKING that I would be refunded my money as this was NOT a cheap top. I went back to the store only to be accused of wearing the top myself (the foundation) and was told that the faulty stitching was an “easy fix...” I was honestly shocked at this response from a business that has sky rocket prices- you would think they would communicate with the people paying their wages with a little more respect. I simply wanted my money refunded as the item was faulty but was refused as the situation was deemed a “change of mind” to them. Under Australian Consumer Law, most products and services bought in Australia come with an 'automatic consumer guarantee' that the product or service you purchased will work and do what it says it will. Obviously this was not the case and the staff are evidently unaware of Fair Trading rules and regulations. I urge you all to check your purchases thoroughly before offering your hard earned money as refunds are unfortunately rejected at this store.

Recently called the store for advice since I’m from Melbourne in terms of sizing length etc staff had no clue just kept telling me they are true to size didn’t know what dress I was referring to I asked about postage and if I would receive it in time they gave 3-5 working days so I ordered and then got someone to go in to pick it up they said that it had already been posted checked post status it was still with them and hadn’t been posted didn’t receive it in time for event and when I tried it sizing was completely off way to small and quality very very cheap not worth the money I paid called the store got told that no refund policy applies and that I have 6 weeks for the credit note. Also commented on the dress via instagram to let people know and they removed it

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! They don’t even deserve the one star. Extremely rude staff. A group of 4 girls just standing at the counter, not one of them said hello when we entered despite us being the only ones in the store, nor did they offer any help even though I was walking around carrying a heavy beaded dress to try on! No one approached until I was about enter the change room then I get asked by the sales assistance what my budget is before I even tried on the dress. Disgusting customer service which I can see from all the other reviews is a common theme of theres!

Don’t even bother with this store it’s a waste of time and money !!! I had ordered a custom made dress through this store and the measurements turned out to be completely wrong the arm area was so tight compared to the rest of the dress even though I had came into the store to get my measurements done.I had also told them how I would like the design of the dress and they had done the complete opposite.When I called to speak to them about it they told me that it was my fault and had the audacity to tell me that I must of left it in the sun and that’s why the dress shrunk

I found Integrity Boutique through a recommendation from a friend saying that they had an incredible couture range, and they were right! The dresses are AMAZING with incredible beadwork and detailing. The service was incredible, all the workers made sure that my measurements were perfect prior to the making of my formal gown and that I was comfortable at all times. I felt that there was never a rush to purchase anything quickly and they had my interests as a priority. I highly recommend their dresses for ANY occasion!

Do NOT recommend! worst experience ever, I purchased a gown for $700, only to go home and find that its faulty and has a rip in it! someone from the staff packed it for me without even checking it, and when I called them and sent photos, they tell me that its my responsibility to check it before buying it, even though they full packed it for me and said that everything is perfect. the dress is untouched! haven't even worn it yet. Definitely worst quality and worst customer service.

I loved my visit at Integrity Boutique! So many gorgeous dresses and staff were so lovely . Such a dedicated team members who makes you feel really comfortable , my experience being with Shireen who was super nice and tried to help me and my daughter to find our perfect dresses, all the girls there were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a stunning dresses.

Wife purchased a dress Thursday withoit it being quality checked. Noticed a rip that same night so when back Saturday to returned but they refused accusing her of lieing. She only wanted to exchange it at first but cause of the accusation wanted it returned. Denied. Now left woth $300+ damaged dress.

Most gorgeous dresses! Purchased a dress for my mum on Thursday, and the girls were so helpful ( I made a point of telling the owners this) they went out of their way showing us different options! And just lovely amazing service from them! Will definitely shop here Again!

The dresses they have are amazing and hard to find similar in Sydney but I am disappointed with their customer service. Please improve your customer service as you got really nice dresses everyone would like to buy.
