Hi IBU I would like to inform you that I paid for 1st semester and sent the TT receipt to the mentioned email and I was told that it is updated when I called to IBU.I was informed that I will get my LOA within 24 hrs. But still I didn't get my LOA. please be kind enough and let me know when I will get the LOA as I have to start the visa process.
