Was looking for a suit for a special event, no help whatsoever from one girl that looked like she didn't even want to be there, didn't even greet nor ask if I needed help! Couldn't find what I was looking for so decided to go elsewhere, came back to look again and finally found something after getting pointers from staff from another store! This time there was another person, a woman. After trying everything on, it fit just right, the second woman found me my size pants, by this time I'm running late so I asked if she could hold it for me, her whole demeanor changed! How long for she asked? Said until end of day, she said no I can't. So rude, this is why the store is empty I'm guessing.

I attended this location on November 10, 2019 and purchased a handsome Canada Weather Gear jacket at a reasonable price of $99.99 plus tax. I was so happy with my purchase that I immediately put it on, and drove home. When I went to remove the jacket by unzipping it, the zipper was jammed . I noticed that the bottom of the zipper was undone and missing a tooth! Very upsetting that now I will need to replace the zipper on a new jacket. I can see why I paid 100 dollars for a 400 dollar jacket. No more international clothiers for me! They lost a customer!

I just visited this store. Manager and the employees are too rude. Fitting rooms are not allowed even if they are empty. And employees say they don’t carry 2xl size in jackets in store even, I find 4 jackets in 2xl size. i think they don’t want to sale anything to anyone. They don’t have tap or touch less payment. Only cash or physical card required. (Maybe, Employe name is Anjna) Rude attitude, no sorry, no respect for customer, total mean management. I don’t suggest this store to visit. You feel disrespected and insulted.

What a scam. Bought a jacket, got home and noticed that the pockets are not accessible because the seams are poorly made and if I use a pocket then the seams fall apart. Went to exchange - they don't have the sizes. The store clerk became VERY RUDE and just brushed us off telling us to go away and find a different store. They will not give refund even though the product is defective and no way to exchange. Now I'm stuck with faulty product. do not go there! Safe your time and money. Worst experience EVER!

No customer service at all. We were looking for 2xl size in jacket and she told us that store just carry small to extra large size. And we found 2xl few minutes later. If she doesn’t know, she should ask someone else than give information. Few minutes later when we were about to check out, we saw that lady cashier is also not treating customers properly.she was also rude. Then we just put everything on side and left.

I had a terrible experience at this clothing store. The staff were very rude and had to manners to attend a customer. I was asking questions about the clothes and one staff girl said there is no meaning of these questions we are closing. They made me feel unwelcome and unwanted. This store needs to improve their staff’s attitude and communication skills or lose their customers to better place.

The lady manager was very rude. she doesn't know how to talk to a customer even she was yelling at the customer This was my first experience which was the worst I will not advise anyone to visit this shop.Also, I would suggest to the shop owner that if you want to save your business, teach your staff that how to serve customers ....

I love this place for shopping. They always have discounted items through the year. Service is excellent. Good affordable collection. Now they have in-store shopping too.
