Sunny Shah is very very patience person. He is very professional, knowledgeable and very experienced in real estate business. I still remember talking to him when I invited them to my home because I wanted to sell my home in 2015. He came with his director. They explained everything about selling home, what's involved and process. Then I asked for some time to think. Then after 1 week, I decided not to sell my home because of my personal circumstances changed. Sunny kept in touch with me during all this time. He kept me updated with market condition and situation. I still remember calling him to just get an idea about market situation and he just gave me whatever information I need but never mentioned about selling my home. Then in 2018 I decided to put my house on rent and even though he is in selling department, he helped me to organize someone from Rent department to sort out everything and gave me good rates to maintain my property. Then I changed my mind again to sell my property. At that time, I didn't go around the market to look for better deals. Sunny was my obvious choice to sell my house. During signing the contract, He was very honest and he advised me the market situation and gave the expected price range. I was not confident about that as market was going down and to my surprise, he sold my house within few weeks with same price range he told me before signing the contract. Even nowadays, after selling my house, he still keeps in touch and helps me with same enthusiasm. I couldn’t speak more highly of Sunny and his service, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is considering selling their family home.

Ray White HOPPERS CROSSING Highly disorganised non communicating and inefficient with any correspondence. Our rental manager was very inexperienced and unprofessional ([name removed]). Our lease agreement was due in November 2019 with the tenants. We called your rental manager to find out tenants intentions whether they want to stay or go. We raised our concerns about the expired lease contract and whether our insurance would cover any damage without the valid lease contract. She said tenants went overseas and were not reachable. They will be back around mid December. After we haven’t heard anything from her. Then we recently found out that the lease agreement was renewed on behalf of us for another year without our approval ! The rent was also increased without any consultation. Every time we tried to contact the rental manager she did not answer her phones and it was very hard to reach her. When I voiced my concern about the terrible service was told well you put them in there. They didn't want to take responsibility. As a property owner I would highly NOT recommend this team to any vendor , highly unscrupulous. Disgusting customer service, absolutely rude staff Stay clear from Ray White in HOPPERS CROSSING. Go elsewhere where you will be treated with dignity and respect.

I transferred my property out of Ray White due to appalling service. It took 9 months to sort out tenancy/rental issues I was having. I constantly called & waited for an answer on how and what they were going to do. I had no communication or updates whatsoever and especially cz I live an hour away & barely any time I was quite irritated and was so inconvenienced. It got to a point where I physically went out to tenants to try sort it myself. Felt this agency was lazy, didn't value me as a customer and brushed me off the side. They only started caring when I arranged to transfer out to another agency to manage my property. So warning to anyone wanting to deal with this branch of Ray White...don't waste your time, effort and money. Look elsewhere.
