"My parcel was despatched to this post office on the 1st of June since then No one has contacted me to let me know and the last time I received an international parcel, I waited for months thinking the problem was with the company I ordered from, but now I see it's THIS BRANCH, they just don't want to work, can you close the post office already! So we can use alternative delivery methods, clearly these people don't want to work, the want the benefits and non of the responsibilities, typical behavior of entitlement"
