Bad experience, came to ivy to dye my hair with dark brown color (told them same my root hair color that is dark brown) , ended up with their employee "Ebaa" with dark black hair, end when i went back to fix it as they pretend that they have a "Guarantee Satisfaction" policy Ebaa asked me to take another appointment and pay one more time as they need to remove the color (burn my hair) and dye again with the dark brown color (for sure this will damage my hair without any guarantee that the color would be brown) , the employee didn't care about customer satisfaction, all what he wanted to do arguing that the color is brown not black as seen in the photo! Will never visit this place again

I had the extreme pleasure of being looked after by Karam at the salon today. I took an inspiration picture of what I wanted and he made a total reality! I usually have issues with balayage from salons as they rarely can do what I like but this guy totally nailed it. I took all of his recommendations and the end result was absolutely fantastic. The whole team were fantastic and I was super happy with the end result! Worth the money and Ivy Abu Dhabi has secured itself a new lifelong client. They even took some lovely pro pics of my hair for me! Some befores and afters below.

What an amazing experience. I had to wait a while as I think they may have overbooked, but certainly worth the wait. I had Nader as my stylist and he made it a magical time. The way he handles everything and makes it lighthearted yet so full of love and effort. I've never loved my hair more, and will definitely be asking for him again. Truly amazing time. He was very patient and polite, advised what was best for my hair type and made sure I was comfortable and happy at every step. Great experience at the salon considering the expenditure. Their current deal is 500aed which includes coloring, style, wash and cut. I did highlights and showed a photo of what I was hoping to achieve and my stylist (Asman I believe) Syrian gentleman did a wonderful job. Would recommend.

My daughter was getting her first haircut and wanted a salon experience. Kenan was very attentive to her and put her at ease. He was very pleasant and gentle with her. I highly recommend him for children haircuts. I do suggest the salon gets a booster chair for the young ones!
