Ms.Michelle was awesome and I was extremely satisfied with my hair. I love the hospitality and how she talked with me in making sure i got exactly what i wanted and at an affordable price. I definitely will be returning being that it was my first time and was unsure of how I wanted my hair. She explained the importance of different hairstyles and maintenance according to your preference and convenience. It's a wonderful atmosphere, very professional and she was extremely knowledgeable about hair. I was also impressed on how quickly my hair was done. Now being that I am one that doesn't let a lot of people do my hair, but Ms.Michelle was amazing and you will definitely leave happy with her services and yes I will be returning.

I sought out a salon and stylist that really showcased short hair. Customer reviews and posted pics of short styles sold me on this salon with owner and master stylist Michelle. I had major issues which I didn't understand going on with my hair after getting it professionally relaxed and cut months ago. The relaxer didn't straighten my hair and my hair just got to this really, really unhealthy, ugly looking place. I started to wear satin lined hats all the time. I knew I would have to go really short for a fresh start. I showed Michelle some cuts I liked and she made it happened. Michelle is very gifted with the scissors and clippers. I highly recommend, especially if a fierce cut is needed are wanted.

I live in Tampa, but returned to San Antonio for a wedding last September. I was struggling to find someone I really trusted to take care of my hair, but luckily I came across Michelle. She is amazing!! Her shop is lovely, and she’s extremely professional and personable. She’s very knowledgable of how to properly care for your hair, and she is top notch at styling! She also uses quality products on your hair. I haven’t been able to find anyone in Tampa, with anything near the same level of skill and care. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. My hair was in dire straits and since going to J Jireh’s and having Michelle work with my hair, it has been totally transformed. My hair is soft and silky and I haven’t experienced this in the last 3 years. Michelle is knowledgeable and an expert at her craft, which is healthy hair. Michelle listens to you and works with you to achieve your hair goals. Guaranteed when you leave, you will feel as if you stepped straight out of a hair magazine with shiny, soft and healthy hair. I have definitely found my home for my hair care needs.

I got my hair done about a week or two ago and I love it. My stylist was the owner I think and she was amazing so friendly and professional. She listened to what I was looking for and did just that. Her shop is beautiful and the chair was comfortable which is a plus for me because I’m a plus size woman and I always seem to be so uncomfortable but not here. This weekend I have an appointment with one of her hair braided so I definitely will do another review once I complete that appointment. Really great place and looking forward to using this shop in this shop in the future.

Pam Ratliff installed my sisterlocks and she was amazing! From the consultation to the appointment she was flexible with my schedule. She is very professional and has a passion for what she does. She answered all my questions throughout the process. The salon is beautiful, and the luxury chair the salon owner Michelle had installed was above and beyond! It was very comfortable and made my many hours of sitting for my install a great experience. I was looking for a stylist that cares about the health of my hair and I was ready for a short cut. After living in SA a little over a year, I am SO pleased to find Michelle! She did an amazing job on my first short cut and I love it! She had picture that had shapes of faces that helped me pick out the best cut to match my face. I also love the burgundy rinse she put on my hair. Friendly atmosphere and she's very knowledgeable about hair! Go and you won't be disappointed! Glad I took a leap of faith to give her a try:)

This was my first time going here, I met a lady at work and asked her where she gets her hair done as it was really nice. So I made an appointment and went. I was very impressed with my hair cut and style the price was very reasonable, the salon was very clean and Michelle was very nice. She disinfected the area when I went to sit down. I love everything about this salon. It’s a very warm and welcoming environment. The owner/stylist Michelle is a true professional. She’s always on time and she gets you in and out in a timely manner. I’ve been looking for a stylist who is great with not only styling but also “cutting” hair. Michelle gave me a relaxer, cut and color and I could not be happier. She did it just as I asked and the cut is so on point it will look good even when it’s not styled. Her salon is very clean and cozy.
