I came in for an eyebrow wax. They severely burnt my skin. On following up with them. They tried to say that my skin “gets irritated”. Wow! I’m 51. I’ve had never had this issue in my life. I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed since I was young. I’ve got an actual blister on one lid. The skin is burning on both. I have never had an issue like this, ever. I highly recommend you do not go here. I was so concerned about the ongoing burning and bright redness that I messaged them and sent them photos. That’s all I did. They didn’t bother responding. I sent them through follow up messages and only then did they repond with their very dismissive response. I will follow up with local council regarding their practices. I am hoping my skin hadn’t been scared. This salon use old fashion wax with cloth strips on your face! I have not known any salon to use this in a very long time. The woman had already put the wax on my face when I realised. Odd to still be using this. I’m updating my review based on the response below. The business only followed up with me (not coincidentally) immediately after I posted this review, which I wrote after I sent them a further follow up message after being ignored. To address their response, sure, some redness is expected when you get a wax, but you certainly don’t expect to have severely burnt glowing red skin and a blister on your eyelid nearly 24 hours later. When they finally responded, the business told me that I must have irritated skin and blamed me for the result. We all know what to expect from a simple eyebrow wax, pinkness for a couple of hours. I guess they were “too busy” to take a minute or two to respond to my message (which they read almost immediately when I messaged them). How hard is it to tell someone you will look into the issue and get back to the person - clearly they didn’t plan to. I didn’t ask them “questions” as indicated below. I simply messaged them to tell them I was worried about my skin being burnt. The nature of their response to my review, and writing “again”, and “again “ in their response below shows their contempt and condescending manner. You didn’t care when I messaged you, that’s why you ignored me. After I sent them a series of photos, and a follow up message asking them why they didn’t respond or care about my burnt skin they blamed me and told me to go and buy some Vasoline. Seriously! I am shocked that they didn’t ask me to come back down and have a look at my skin. Yes I got a refund, only after questioning their response and asking why they didn’t want to inspect my skin. Yes I did block them on Facebook because I was tired of their rubbish replies and lack of concern. Where is their duty of care?

I asked for French shellac with a very fine tip (showed photo) and the first finger she did was great. She then proceeded to do really thick tips and made my nails look horrible. I asked her to redo one finger 3 times and she still couldn’t understand that I wanted a very fine line so I gave up and let her do the rest. The tips on my nails are all lopsided and different sizes. Nice shellac service but would not recommend getting French nails with them!

Went in the afternoon on a Sunday. 2hrs to get a pedicure done of which only half an hour was actually spent doing my toes the rest of the time I was soaking in water so couldn’t leave! 2 other people who came in after left because they got tired of waiting. A rush job to say the least! No foot massage and cuticle and old skin still there. The place is a sauna even with the air con on. Take the time and find somewhere else.

The girls at J’adore Nail Boutique really take their time to provide a quality service. They don’t rush, everything is clean, and the atmosphere is really relaxing. Far better than your typical shopping centre nail salons where I would always leave disappointed. Definitely recommend and will be coming here for all my future nail appointments!

I visited this morning for the first time and would highly recommend. I had a manicure with gel polish and was extremely impressed with the service I received from Jo. She was very friendly, professional and took her time to make my nails absolutely perfect. The store was very clean and the staff are lovely. I will be visiting again!

Consistently good! After being disappointed in salons time and time again, I found myself returning to J’adore. My appointment times are kept and they pay attention to detail which allows my pedicures to last. They’re also consistent - same great service everything time.

I love getting my nails done here. Most of the staff are really good and the young girl who did my sister’s and my nails on Tuesday morning was fantastic. She was on her own and told us she can only do one by one in advance. She was very careful and really good.

The staff here always do a wonderful job and are very friendly. This has become our regular nail salon for my daughter and I, I text and they let me know when they can fit us in together. We usually get an SNS manicure, but the pedicures are great too.

Not a great experience. Asked for a Manii with builder gel, said I didn't need one. My nails are short but they literally look like blobs of gel have been put on them with no shaping. Wouldn't go back.

Very disappointed. My sns has chipped on 3 nails after only 3 days. The equipment was not sanitised before use. The lady filed my nails down too much and it was painful. Never returning.

Wife recently visited to get SNS nails with tips and thought it was the best nail salon she's been to! Staff took such care to ensure quality nails.
