Horrible dishonest mechanics who will try to rip you off. I had my car there for five weeks and was almost totally ripped off. I was having engine problems and was trying to have some warranty work done when i caught them lying to me red handed when i called the insurance company to get information on what was happening since they would never call me and only answered the phone for me once. The only time I could get answers was when i went to the shop myself in person and then their favorite catch phrase was always "tomorrow." I was totally ignored and ultimately lied to. They wanted to charge me 1200 for parts for a new motor. I eventually took my car to a different mechanic and had the entire repair done for less than 400 including labor and got to keep my motor. Avoid J and S at all costs.

I took my car to this auto shop to fix thr exhaust because smoke was coming out and my car was making loud shaking noises, long story I was quoted a reasonable price but the owner Jose called me and in order to stop the loud shaking i had to buy a part, so I said yes and was charged a 120 extra which I didn't mine at the time, but it turns out the sound is still the same and my car shakes more than ever and im 400 dollars cheaper. DO YOURSELF AND NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE.

Always a pleasure. Guys here are honest and reasonably priced. They did a diagnostic for me and told me that I did not need a valve job like the other shop insisted, that I only needed a full tuneup. We went ahead, and voila. They were right. Thanks J&S

Jose always fixed my cars, he is very helpful. I don't go anywhere but to J&S Auto.
