Been in conversation with James for over a year now while waiting for my Mustang to be delivered. Had to to cancel and reschedule multiple times due to delays with the build, James was patient and totally understanding through the whole process. When I meant him for the first time, I expected to be at his shop for 5mins but ended up spending 45mins there. James went through the whole process of ceramic coating, went through all the products he uses and helped me make the correct decision, it absolutely blew me away with how much pride he takes in his work. James had my car for 3-4 days and it looks absolutely amazing, attention to detail is next level. When taking delivery he told me all the step he took, showed me some imperfections that he couldn't remove ( in all honesty if he didn't point them out I would have never known ). After all that I had issues with paying him (had to connect my bank app with voice recognition), he helped me with that process too. Brought my car to James for a ceramic coating after receiving a recommendation from one of his past clients who I met by chance in a Supercheap Auto. Dropping off a brand new car to someone is always going to be daunting, but James made the process as easy and simple as possible. All the work that was going to be carried out was explained to me beforehand and when I picked up the car is was exactly as he said. Honest, professional and on schedule.
