Every thing is good at there accept waiter Asraf as he is so rude to serve or attend guest to take order and serve food. As he is having zero knowledge of handling the newly opening restaurant and makes costomer makes totally uncomfortable as we fell like getting food for free. At totally i suggest to all not even go at this restaurant as the waiters don't even know how to handle the customer. This is the reason all went go down

Extreme bad and disgusting customer service. Staff doesn't know what's available what's not available. Responding with wrong information and being rude and insulting the customers. Sending insulting texts to what's up rather than being for their mistake. When I said I never recommend this restaurant the particular person replied NO NEED YOUR RECOMMENDATION AND NO NEED YOUR ORDER. Worst customer service ever. I think they should practice the proper English and hospitality. They acts like they came from jungle service.

Very poor service and food quality. I waited for 40 minutes for one biryani at lunch time(1pm), 30 minutes for porotta. Restaurant has so many houseflies where we can't consume food. Juice contains a lot of sugar. Overall very poor. Need to improve very much.

I order clearly 3 garlic noon and beef dry fry and after waiting more then 20 minutes come to my table with diffrent order become 3 garlic noon and fried rice. I know this not fancy restaurant but atlest trainee your staff how to serve and handle the order

They promised to deliver within 20 minutes but what they do is they took more than 40 minutes to deliver for just a burger or any other snacks worst delivery not recommended
