My humble request to all my friends please check and use the Online Facilities provided by the Road Transport Ministry. State wise facilities available in the RTO website. Simply User Friendly and easy to follow steps. Your little knowledge of computer use can save your Hard-earned money. I must say, please Try Once before approaching any RTO Agent. Thank you so much Once more I was in the RTO OFFICE. To my surprise I observed a Traffic Official seating in the "May I Help You " desk. He was more than cooperative in solving the problems of visitors. Really amazed by the way he was helping people. I even know his name, but next time I visit the RTO OFFICE, definitely I shall mention his name TOO. Thank you so much Nagpur RTO City Office. Thank you once again.

RTO is doing nothing about violations by 2-wheelers on the main road right in front of their Nagpur HQ. Jungli 2-wheelers are openly driving on the wrong-side of the road and RTO officers are ignoring these blatant violations. This is a major part of their job and they're not doing it. The licenses of these people can easily be cancelled. It's shocking to see the indifference of the police & the public to these lawless bikers/scooterists who drive in any direction and have no respect for law & order.

Went to submit application for IDP. Officer Ms Monica Rathod verified the originals too. My residence is right opposite RTO Nagpur City, so I could fetch the originals for her in just quarter of an hour. I was apprehensive about the time it would take because of Deepavali. The Officer charged with issuing IDP is on leave for the week. But I was assured I will get the document on Monday 8th Nov '21 ... That would be good enough for me.

The place is very dirty at the first place. They should better maintain cleanliness. It takes so much of time to get work done here. People don't value their time and neither others'. Don't fall in trap of agents, they aren't much helpful and they force you so much to give them money. Some of the agents even lie to extort money from you. Staff isn't very polite either. Infrastructure of building is very poor.

Decent RTO office, People inside RTO and employees are very helpful, But people outside RTO , Dalaal are more money catchers. You should do your RTO work online. What ever the work you have .. First go to respective Authorities inside RTO and ask them in details, some of work are absolutely free wherein the people outside RTO ie. Brokers charging 2000 3000 rupees. Overall RTO is good and helpful people.

Good experience, I had visited today to renew my DL. I had filled my online form and went to surrender my original DL and docs submission. If you have done everything properly, like form filling n docs uploading then its just a matter of your turn and 2-3 minutes. I had missed my address proof uploading so need to visit one agent and he had uploaded my address proof at Rs. 20 only.

The efficiency of the support staff is questionable. Gov is making process digital but the staff isn't trained well to use the system. Even if you take prior appointments still the traditional queue system is there. If a proper use of appointment system is made , things will ease out for all.

Good place ,but people are hopeless, especially the Fiza Associates the Agent.He is So much irritating,gave us false request to get our work done from August 2020 and now it is 2022,still our work is yet to get over,and took 6000 ₹. From us.Be careful of the fraud (Fiza Associates)

Rudest people in Nagpur RTO. I have been to various RTOs of various cities/states. Never experienced such rude behaviour. No manners. Attitude of people working there is on another level. Specially the ladies handling biometric and lady sitting inside the test/exam hall.

The place is silent govt.office.No time of arrival followed.Reached at 1015 am.Concerned clerk arrrived at 1035.After listening to my work ,he told me to come after 30 minutes as the other guy was not in his seat.At 1130 I got my answer.The office obsrves 5 day week.

Very arrogant and slow officials who do not respect anyone's time and won't even bother to respond if you ask for something. I had to wait for an officer for 45 minutes. He came and then went again for another 15 minutes.

The place is very very untidy! No reputation being MH-31 Nagpur RTO. The place should be more clean tidy more organised way 3 counter there only one counter is working the computer entry person working very slowly.

No enquiry room. People don't know anything about other dept you have to search and go to right person for your queries. This RTO doesn't give you HARP number place it's a waste. You have to go to showroom for that

Don't look for agents. All applications can be submitted online on your own. The agent are very rude, maner less and charge exorbitantly high. The RTO staff is kind and guide us through the processes.

Overall its easy to get passed in the driving test. - In 4W test, one needs to perform parking in the 'T' shape part... - In 2W test, one needs to ride his/her vehicle through the '8' shape track...

Good experience, the process was fast. I applied manually and didn't faced any hectic issue. Some staff were not good and informative. Still some process can be improved for hassle free experience

Regional transport office of Nagpur. Touts are big headaches. Free parking not available. Photocopiers will charge double money. No free fresh rooms as they too charge ₹ 2 for urinals.

Superbad. Will take at least 2-3 hours for you to give your learning test. Pro gamer tip : visit early in the morning on your appointment day for hassle free experience.

The entire process of obtaining a license is pretty straight forward. No need for any brokers. Just update yourself with basic knowledge and you are good to go.

Awesome place but outside the Office everyone ask for parking payment.... If someone park vehicle infront of gate they tell to give money for parking ...

Agents outnumber traffic officials..just like any other govt. Office..try your imagination..washrooms locked..sanitizer sprays switched off..

They doesn't understand that when a guy was drive his vehicle from home to RTO alone, but they failed you in DL Test

Too much Rush but the works gets done at the end of the day and that is what is necessary staff is helpful.

Everyone is assist in complete the Driving license process and conduct the driving test in the smooth way.

Though it was good but problem is the waiting line I had to wait literally for more than 2.5 hrs.....
