We live in Pennsylvania. We are an older couple looking to relocate to Fl. We found a home Located in Jacksonville that looked attractive to us on Zillow. So Zillow put us in touch with Allen from Bloom Realty. I spoke to Allen over the phone about the property, the surrounding neighborhood and the city of Jacksonville. We decided to meet with Allen to look at the home. Made arrangements with our employers to take the last of our vacation days for the week. Rented a car. Made reservations for a hotel on Amelia Island. Confirmed our appointment for 1 pm on Sept. 29th before we left for the very long drive to Florida. Took us 15 hours to drive there. Arrived for our appointment at the house on the 29th one half hour before we were scheduled to meet with Allen. So why am I going into so much detail? Because he was a no show!. We called the office and talked to a female who was amused that we kept our appointment. She told us that she would TRY to call him. We waited. No call. I called the office AGAIN and got an answering machine so we left the address and drove back to our hotel. Then we get a call from Allen who said that he did not think that we were coming! He used the excuse that he tried to call us (our home phone) several times during the week to confirm our appointment. We were en route to Fl for Pete's sake!!! I checked caller ID on our phone when we arrived back home and there were no registered calls from him. We drove over a thousand miles and we were early for the appointment. All he had to do was cross town and he did not show up!!!!!!!

Leslie is sole reason we made it through the first-time home buying process. She was incredibly knowledgable on the Riverside/Avondale district. Leslie always contacted us immediately with new listings and updates throughout the process. She was completely transparent and guided us beautifully. After we selected our home, Leslie navigated the lender, seller, appraisal, and repair process flawlessly. She made sure we knew exactly what was happening and was there for every step. She accommodated to our every want during the negotiation period. Leslie made professional recommendations and made the process fun. We are truly grateful for Leslie and all of her hard work, tenacity, and fun-loving spirit! If you are looking for a realtor, I would highly recommend Leslie. She is simply the best.

Matthew Jarvis of Bloom Realty, recently assisted me in selling my home and It could not have been any better. I wish there was an option to give 10 Stars instead of just 5. She not only is very knowledgeable and super responsive but has a great sense of humor and is really sincere. I had the best experience with Heather Benfield. She helped me sell my home in Summer 2017. I had the home on the market for over a year with other realtors without much luck. She has a wealth of knowledge and resources. She helped me stage the home, find a great photographer to take warm and inviting photos of the home. She would stop by the home if another realtor ever mentioned a pressing issue. She was calm and positive though the whole process. When a buyer came around she had amazing instincts and helped negotiate a fair price for the home. Working as an insurance agent I meet a lot of realtors and Heather is one of the best!

Working with Alan was a great experience. After working with another realtor and looking for homes for over a month and being frustrated with the whole home buying experience, Alan found our home in less than a week after he made first contact with us. He was very flexible with his schedule while working around both [my husband and I] of our work schedules. He listened to what we needed in our family home needs. He was able to negotiate a good deal on our home and we are counting down to our closing date. I would highly recommend him!

I was having a difficult time finding a specific home that my husband and I wanted. Once Alan came along he did exactly what I thought a real estate agent would do. He also responded quickly and was very easy going. If he didn't know something he would simply tell you he didn't know but would find out and he usually did within the next hour. Great personality , I would recommend him :) And we will use him again!

Leslie is a champ. What we like about her was her knowledge, honesty and patience. Over the course of a couple months my wife and I looked at many properties and never felt like we were being pressured to make a decision. When we finally did make a decision, Leslie acted swiftly to get our offer in. She held our hand throughout the whole processes and was essential for our buying experience as first time buyers.

Really disappointed. Allan, you know what you did. I thought reading reviews can be enough to give this a try but you insulted us. Beside from the fact that you kept giving suggestions to try different agency that cost $99 initial fee & the other is $75 initial fee also before you entertain us. Your website is very misleading. You said you're here to help? Maybe you're here to scam. Very disappointing!!!!!

Alan has been with us on this journey to find a home from the beginning. We originally took him all over Jacksonville until we figured out "what area" we wanted. Alan never discouraged us while we were figuring out what was best for us. When we hit road blocks, he was diligent in helping us find ways  around them.
