HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! When I sent the car for the first time, he didn't take any photos for insurance purposes，just said that I would send the car back next Friday and he will give me a spare car, and they will handle the rest. However, when I went on that next Friday, they just only took pictures and said they will contact the insurance company and let me to wait. After couple days, the insurance company text me said it approved, but they did not contact me still. When I rang them next day, they said want to check with the insurance company, told me I have to contact the spare car company by myself, and they arranged the next appointment. After I made an booked with the backup car company and contacted them, they said I can sent the car on next Thursday. However, on Monday the backup car company told me they changed the time. I rang them twice but NO ANSWER NO REPLY. After a day, I rang them again and they told me to postpone it until next Thursday! their attitude is VERY RUDE as well!

My car windows were broken and John was fantastic in finding the best deal for a new part. He recommended an auto electrician to diagnose the exact issue who quickly confirmed what John thought and the new part was fitted within 20 minutes while I waited. Thank you for your excellent service!
