Shoe store
"If I could give 0 I would this is absolutely the worst store the associates that work there are the worst and should all be fired I came in checking in on a order I placed online I first called serval times which no one picks up once the girl finally did she put me on hold for 15 minutes I then went into the store asked about my order everyone kept saying the same thing you have to wait until you receive the email I said no I want someone to check the status of my order which none acted liked they could do I asked to cancel the order if it was unavailable they all kept lying to the point where the girl said she would call customer service she didn’t she pretended to call and said it was canceled I then called I spoke with a customer service rep who said my order was canceled within 15 minutes of me placing the order due to no stock this was something so simple and the fact that each person there was lying is absolutely ridiculous I will never come to this ghetto store again but this is what you get when you have a group of lazy no work ethic humans working in this day"

The manager has an hideous attitude. I have never been treated so poorly. He was yelling at people, just unbelievable. I wanted to return shoes that I brought for my kid, but the shoes were too small. My kid only tried them on at home. The next day I went up there to return which is in the return policy guidelines and he told me I can't return them. I asked him why and he responded, "because I said so". I believe he's a family member of the store owner so he does what he wants to do. Hopefully Hulen Mall will get him out because it makes the mall look bad.
I called to ask a simple question. The phone rang about 20 times and a female answered RUDELY "can I help you" My granddaughters received shoes for Christmas but they are boy sizes and a little big. I asked if I can exchange them and what would I need since they were a gift. She responded a receipt and hung up in my face. From all the reviews I've read this is one store I will avoid!! If you don't want to deal with customers get out of the customer service business PERIOD!!
Horrible store. Can't try on shoes or check availability without routing it through a computer system. After you do this, the customer service staff abandon you and you have about a 20% chance of actually seeing the shoes you're trying to buy. Used to really like JD as a chain, but this store has convinced me they will never get another cent of my money.
Customer service is horrible. The young African American male with locs and face tat was totally disengaged during the entire conversation. However,Juan, the store manager, was helpful which made my experience a little better
Tried to return some shoes I bought online from finishline and the girl working the today around 1:20pm said that I can't that I have to go to finish line store. But on the return policy said I could do it at jd sports?
Told me they would bring a pair of shoes out i waited for atleast 20 mins before i had to ask again only to find out they dont have the size i was looking for, thanks Johan for wasting my time.
Customer service was horrible. We called to check for a show size, and they rudely told my husband that they didn’t know and hung up in his face… I would give zero stars if I could.
Great old school service, courteous staff. The store is always well stock. Shout out to Joshua, he's on the job!!!! Great attitude, he let's you know that he values your business.
