Where I do start with JFL diamonds & timepieces, I was completely devastated when my deceased sister ring (birthstone) had falling out and disappeared, this ring hasn’t been taken off my Hand since she passed away 10 years ago. At a loss of words & and complete emotional wreck, I reached out to JFL diamonds & timepieces in desperate request to fix my sister's ring, they responded within an hour (on a Sunday), after sending pictures of the ring and the old stone, they assured me not to worry to send the ring in, first thing Monday morning and they would take care of it. They had my ring for a total of a week(this fell during a holiday)but during this week I received updates on my ring & Pictures of different types of birthstone (she was a December baby) that would be similar to what I had. Not only did they confirm when they received the ring but also confirmed that I received it back. Before finalizing everything, Pictures were provided for approval. I cannot stress to anyone reading this review the compassion and respect this company has for their customers. You have forever earned my business and trust.

Where do I begin! Let me start be giving JFL a round of Applause. Take a bow! This is not only been a great purchasing, returning, refunding, and communication process over an inter transaction, but honestly the best experience I think I may have every had as a consumer. I will try to keep it short. I bought something and didn’t like it. After the purchase I know I communicates with the staff via email, at least 30 times discuss my options and procedures. Not one time did I get a feeling that the experience would go astray. There was no trouble with my refund, there was prompt response times and every question was answered. I never felt rushed, I never felt discouraged. This company hands down wants you to have a wonderful experience. I will shop with them 10 times over. Thank you JFL, you found a customer and I found a jeweler.

I’m writing this review to warn people not to buy anything from this business. They make up fake appraisals, which is illegal, and sell you Frankenstein products. My husband bought me a Rolex watch from here as a surprise, and I noticed the watch wasn’t keeping correct time so I took it to an authorized dealer to fix the problem and he said that the watch was smashed, and inside they filed down pieces to fit, replaced the dial with a knock off, one of the diamonds around the watch was glass, and the bezel was not Rolex. I want to be reimbursed for the $273 that I paid for the appraisal, and am currently filling a consumer report. This place gives the second hand market a bad name—how dare you tarnish the Rolex name like that!

I ordered a Rolex for my wife for Christmas and it was shipped extremely well packed and arrived in perfect condition. I corresponded with Faizan, who is a manager with JFL. I did my due diligence and checked out their online reviews and other things, such as their record with the BBB before I spent 10 grand on the watch. I am very impressed with the watch, which is a blinged out pre-owned model with a meteorite dial and 5 carats of diamonds added. I took it to my local E.D. Marshals jeweler in Scottsdale and when I took it out of the original box, she said “wow”. My wife is really happy with the watch. I am very happy with this purchase and thanks Faizan and JFL Jewelry for the amazing heirloom watch. Dr. Gabbert.

I Absolutely LOVE my earrings. They are sparkly AF , well made, and exactly as pictured. Super Fast Delivery, Good Price, and good communication. I recieved an email confirmation immediately after my order. Other jewelry companies do mot compare to the response time or professionalism of JFL. I ordered this beautiful Byzantine 26 inch necklace for my husband as a Christmas gift and was everything I expected. Customer service was great and I received it in a timely manner. I must note that I did order it with enough time and when I initially purchased it online I waited a few days before I called and emailed to confirm my order to make sure they had received it. I will be recommending and purchasing from JFL Diamonds and Timepieces in the future thank you!

Paid $350+ for a chain that broke in 2 places within 3 weeks. But because 30 days had past. (Sat under the christmas tree for almost a month) There isn't any warranty. And they have no interest in replacing. Buy with caution. -- After reading some of these reviews, I should blame myself for not reading before making my purchase.

Have bought from JFL on two different occasions. First one in 4/2019 and second one was in Feb. 2020. Very pleased with my purchases.
