Called at 9am on Saturday, he arrived at 9.20am. Explained the problem, offered two solutions. Agreed price, which was very reasonable. Fitted the new lock. Done and dusted by 9.45am. Two year warranty on new lock, five keys so no need to have more cut. Very pleasant and polite. Would definitely recommend JK. He's now in my emergency contacts. Thank you JK.
