I would highly recommend JPR Roofing to anyone. John came to to look at a leak I had coming from the chimney where it meets the pitched roof. He thoroughly inspected the problem from outside and then even went into the loft to check what he could see from in there. John explained what needed to be done then followed up very quickly with a quote after which I agreed to give him the job. The 2 guys that turned up on the day were very courteous and overall I have to say it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I could only view the repaired pointing from street level and didn't really appreciate all the work that had gone into the repair until I received 27 photo's from showing the before and after of each part of the repair. This was a very nice touch - a picture paints a 1000 words!! I would recommend them to my family and friends. Excellent service all throughout.

We recently had a water leak coming through a ceiling and into the cupboards during heavy raining days that created a damp ceiling. We had a leak from our roof after only recently being 'repaired' by another roofer. I contacted John Ryan through a recommendation - who came by to inspect the problem. He confirmed what we suspected... that the previous repair work was inadequate and that our gulley needed replacing. John sent over a quote the following day and quickly booked us in for the works. His team led by Donovan were friendly, professional & hard working and made sure to complete the job before the rainy weekend. Having seen the photos of the completed works, we were thoroughly impressed. Later on when we had some issues with our gutter, John and his team went the extra mile to sort out without any prompting. I contacted John because of a drip from our guttering whenever it rained. He came and told me that the joint probably needed sealing. We arranged that he would come the following week. On the day he was coming I had to go out unexpectedly so I gave him permission to enter the back garden and do the work. I came home to find everything was neat, tidy and the work all done. He contacted me to say the gutter joint had become disconnected which he fixed. John did this for us free of charge as we are OAPs who have been sheilding because of health issues. Excellent Roofer!! Thank you! I had two leaks at two different points on my roof. John was quick to attend and assess the damage that needed repairing. He began the work on time and him and his team worked very fast and diligently. They are all friendly and polite. They did quite complicated work without scaffolding. They removed a chimney, replaced battens and tiles and sealed up the chimney. They also replaced a fascia and some gutters, and replaced lead flashing around a loft window and roof borders. They removed all material and debris and the roof has been watertight ever since. The cost was also reasonable. I will be happy to use JPR Roofing Solutions in the future if needed.

His was the most competitive and realistic of the three quotes I had gotten, and in line with expected prices for a replacement roof. 3 days was estimated and it completed to satisfaction in that time frame. JPR recently did a roof repair and gutter cleaning job at my house. John was prompt in calling and his colleague came out to assess the job promptly on time. The quote was reasonable. The work carried out as agreed and was completed on time. The staff were professional and undertook the work with minimal disturbance to the neighbours as well. I didn’t meet John. I initially thought about giving this review 4 stars as I do think in this type of work it the main proprietor should’ve at least met me before , during or after the job. However, the staff was great and got the job done on time, hence deserve the 5 stars in my view.

My chimney came down due to storm damage and needed repointing and flashing. Exceptional Workmen and very professional I called JPR Roofing through a recommendation and have been very impressed by the professionalism and work ethic they displayed to get the task completed. John came home to discuss the work tasks and was geared up 'PPE' given the corona virus restrictions and within 48hrs I had a quote. We negotiated on a price and we scheduled a date. His workmen came and left everyday for 3-days with just a knock of them arriving in the morning and leaving in the evening. They left the work area very clean and have done a very good job.

We arranged to get a quote from John who reviewed the work required. He didn't try and upsell the job and no hard sell to agree for the works to start. JPR Roofing came out swiftly after my first contact due to issues with my flat roof after the recent winds. They came, took photo's and explained exactly what was required, and some additional fixes that were required that I was unaware of. There was no pressure to have any of that work carried out. The quote came through from John and within 2 weeks the work was completed to a great standard, again with photo's of the work completed. Would definitely use JPR again for any roofing work without hesitation.

Really good experience using JPR roofing for roof repair and full roof replacement. Price was v competitive and all done to an excellent standard. We had some water leaking from the roof into our top room and had contacted a few roofing companies for a quote but they were all reluctant to diagnose a problem and quote for the work.
