Ordered a jumbo jack with cheese, fries, drink on the way to appt. 5 minutes away. Took 1 bite, meat and cheese had funny taste, bun slightly luke warm! Opened burger up & the patty was dried & shriveled up with a strange color, uuuuuugh! Fries just as bad, they were also cold and brown! Had to rush back to Jackinthebox, Mgr told me I didn't purchase from them! I had to argue with him and the girl on the window and prove it hadn't been 5 minutes! He then tells the lady cooking in spanish to make a fresh burger. There was a very long line in the drive thru and inside was crowded. They spent 22 minutes remaking my food while being rude, unprofessional and playing around! While waiting for my remake I wasn't the only person that received BAD FOOD and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NOT GO BACK! I walked out left my remade food. You served Nasty Cold and old food the 1st time why would I eat it after that! I went to Griffs Burgers where it was made fresh hot and better service! This Jackinthebox has gone downhill, Upper management needs to start over with the staff, surprised the health department hasn't shut them down.!! I'lldrive to Bridge Street if I ever want Jackinthebox again!

I pulled in to the drivethru at roughly 11:28pm on 5/14/2022. I waited patiently to be acknowledged, giving a "hello?" Every few minutes to stir the worker. To no avail. At 11:37pm , the worker came across the speaker and said they just took their last order for the night. I said but I have been here for like 8 or 9 minutes. He said if you would like to wait on the night crew then you can but we have to clean up for the next shift. Now I did say cuss words to the effect of him being no good. After a decision was made to just get something to eat, being I hadn't eaten much all day, we just went to a convention store. Now, Passing by that same location on the way to the store just 26 minutes later there was a line in drivethru. How can that being? How can you be 24 hrs and close to clean. I'm sorry just not take orders?Or was it because I'm not your typical clientele? I shudder to think my light skin made a difference. But did it? One thing is fact, I won't spend one damned dollar there or any other.

Very disappointed of this specific place every time we go we get super brown fries,chicken etc most likely because they don’t change the oil regularly also they’re never stocked up they just say they don’t have what we ask for.. I went the other night through the drive thru and there was a girl and guy without working uniform the girl was literally wearing shorts,slides, a strap shirt and a super messy bun, the guy wasn’t wearing appropriate working clothes either anyways thats not the problem besides that while waiting for my order the girl was touching the guy very inappropriate too in a working area like right in front of me ..when she noticed I was watching them she casually walked away then proceed to hand me my order with the dirty hands

Food never comes with the sauces you order and numberous times when I have ordered from Uber eats or doordash I get the wrong order. If I select sauces for items I would expect to get them. This location is the only location I have had this issue consistently with. Tonight will be the 4th time that I have ordered in the last 2 weeks and not received my sauces any of the 4 times as well as one of the orders was not even close to what I ordered and paid for. It’s a shame just because we are in the hood doesn’t mean it’s okay to not care. Management needs to get their staff together or retrain on how to read an order and ensure that ALL items are there and correct.

I think this location hates me. They always make excuses while I pull up. One time they said they were closed at 20:30 and there were others getting food but they would not take my order. All I did was pull up to the window because they wouldn't come to the speaker. I don't know why, but something like this happens every time I pull up. I do have notable markings on my car so you'd know me if you saw me often, but I don't know what I did. I'm very nice and even when they dined me service I left in peace. So I have no idea.

This place needs new management. We ordered loaded tiny tacos 2/3 were literally half empty and they were not the loaded tacos. We didn’t check them until we got home. Husband went back to make them correct it and they refuse to remake them and accused us of eating them when they’re the ones that left them half empty. Night shift staff young ladies very rude and dismissive if you ask for food to be cooked fresh and even when asked cold and over cooked items are given and then attitudes when confronted about what I just spent my money for. If they would put themselves in the shoes of the customer while they are on a shift im sure this location would get more customer visits daily especially the evening shifts. Service was good. The staff was friendly. Just wish it was in a better neighborhood as you feel a little uncomfortable with all the people walking around in the parking lot. However, this has nothing to do with the restaurant itself. I'm sure they don't like it anymore then the people in line do. Just a little eerie feeling when people hurt your car while you're in line to order. There is a city bus stop across the street so many of the people utilizing that facility come over to panhandle at this location. Otherwise, the food was fresh, well prepared and appreciated.

I’ve never had this bad of an experience at any Jack in the box before. I ordered a jumbo Jack with cheese and a sausage croissant and a iced coffee… First my ice coffee had way too much mocha in it as if I ordered a large but NO I ordered a regular.... second My boyfriends jumbo Jack had a DISGUSTING Black hair in it and, I am definitely blonde. It’s so disturbing and it ruined his appetite and mine!!!! We will never be coming back to the Jack-in-the-Box ever not even if it’s under new management, and I say that happily.

The thing is sometimes it's not what you do it's how you do it. I paid for a coupon book which specifically had their location in it, and they had me there for almost 15 minutes and didn't honor it . It took three employees plus a phone call to someone else to discuss a buy one get one ultimate cheese burger. Not to mention I was in drive thru. They made me feel like criminal even after I showed and told them about the book and gave them their exact location from the book. Just rude and unnecessary.

Only part of my order was correct. I did not know until I got home. I had to return. It was somewhat of a gaslight experience. This was not a mistake. I ordered before they knew I was returning because of an error. I was this time informed they could not make my order. I was given a refund. I got what I wanted somewhere else. Its jack n the box... hit or miss and this placecouldnt even find the target. If you like old meat, food poisoning and diarrhea that might cause you to go to the emergency room, by all means, buy an (allegedly) premium meat combo... make sure to have at least two rolls of triple ply charmin. Not only will you not only be able to leave immediate access of the latrine, it would be an even wiser, sanitary decision to find an alternate [secluded] extremely close location for waste disposal.

Again, if it were possible, no stars. I was craving their tacos. Thinking they still made great ones. They were so terrible that it it should be against the law to call them tacos. Shell was odd color and tough. They stuck sliced American cheese in the shriveled fried shell on top of the refried beans. No meat. Beans. And managed a sliver of wilted lettuce in shell with sliced cheese. Beyond awful. I will never ever go to a Jack in the Box again. Shame on them.

I went to this Jack and the box just for a Large half and half tea. And let me tell you that was the absolute nastiest tea I've tasted in my life. I took like 2 drinks and threw away the rest. When I poured it out it was like SYRUP it was SO DIUSGTING!!! I had my bf try it to make sure I wasn't crazy and he agreed that it tasted like it had sat there for a couple days. Note to self: never order tea from Jack in the box ever again. IN MY LIFE.

Guy who took my order was nice and professional, everything was correct on the screen, I payed for additional cheese and bacon for my wedges and I left and they forgot to add a small curly fries, and I didn't get the additional cheese and bacon bits I paid for. A little disappointing. I tried calling not to get a refund but simply to make them aware and all I got was a busy tone, I tried calling 3x none of my calls went through. It happens I guess.

Everytime me and my wife go through drive thru, we end up waiting 30mins to get the window even if its just 2 cars ahead of us. Finally get our order, get home and come to find out the tacos we ordered "fresh" looked like they were dipped in the fryers for a second time, coming out all hard and disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They make you feel like your getting food from the ghettoist fast food place ever.

Came in doors were unlocked found out the were closing lobby and cashier had bad attitude, woman with long skirt was also rude asked her for something and replied with im not done with your order ill let you know. Total unprofessional staff! Took about 30 mins for my order to receive cold soggy tacos and sloppy burger, definitely my worst experience at a fast food. Hope they get retrained or at least a Customer Service Lesson.

Nice, Clean, and quiet establishment. Staff is super kind and courteous and Ready to help you with anything that you may need. The only thing that I noticed that could use improvement was during the overnight shift. This establishment could use something that would indicate whether the drive-thru is open or closed. Apart from that everything is perfect so feel free to bring the whole family, you'll be glad that you did.

Well for starters I don't think they ever change the grease that they fry their hash browns and french fries in. Well I guess anything in. They served me eggs scrambled eggs that were Brown and disgusting. My son was very disappointed. I drive to the one off of John T white which is 10 minutes away from my house versus one minute away. Because I would rather eat at the one off of John T white and drive 10 minutes away.

The employees were nice but the place was filth. Someone should call the health department on them. Flies and crumbs everywhere. The men were using the woman's bathroom because the men's one was broken. Floors smelled like rotten bleach water and were very slippery. Air vents were nasty looking and full of mold. Glass windows and doors were full of grease and food tasted nasty. Employees were not using gloves.

This place has definitely changed, new team members, the quality of customer service has improved a little bit, the food doesn't seem has dry as it usually was I decided to give them a 4 star because I am impressed on their will to make positive changes, don't get wrong if you've ever been done the Lancaster area, need I say more. The manager on duty was way rude to a paying handicapped young man, wanting to serve me in front of him and when I denied his request letting the young man take his turn, the manager acted annoyed then rolled his eyes. I got that part on video by the way. They were also understaffed causing a long wait. I at least cannot come back here. I get it though there is alot of panhandling in this area.

Just ordered a steak and egg burrito, had my wife call in and complain about my steak smelling funny and undercooked (red meat). The "manager" basically called her a liar saying "we dont sell steak and egg burritos." Don't eat here to save your life! They dont seem to care what you ingest in YOUR body... (No remorse)

Should have even given them a 1 star. Bathroom nasty, right before I went on employee came out. She never said a word to me about it needing toilet paper or paper towels. Out on both and floor nasty with trash. Why did the employee not pick it up or say anything. So I decided to go somewhere else for lunch.

The employee was friendly, but I could taste the grease in my food. The fanta orange needed to be changed. The drink was watery and really flat. I think because it's located where it is, it's not run up to the same standards as one in the suburbs or higher income side of town.

Ordering a Buttery Jack was a mistake. From what I got and how it tasted, it's just a Jr. Jack that costs more than twice as much for no reason. Literally get any other burger on their menu. Still, the night staff did their job alright so three stars instead of one.

Four years I’ve lived near by and the second time I have purchased food from this location. I refuse to pay for such neglect, almost ten dollars for a # 26 breakfast combo and again I get screwed. More

There has been a marvelous improvement at this Jack's location. I received my breakfast within five minutes of ordering.

I always like Jack in the Box whenever Whataburger is too far away. It will never get four or five stores from me. I don't know. Always slow customer service at each one that I've ever been to.

Slow service. Rude employees. Unclean. Very inclean. The bathrooms are appalling. The food wasnt hot. They dont know how to take orders and give them out the first time with out any problems.

Even though this location it’s the closest to my house Definitely not coming back ! Cashier was rude and didn’t change gloves . My order was wrong and the ice coffe didn’t have any flavor.

This store advertised 24hrs. I have been here from 6-630 waiting on anyone to come give me my delivery order. Haven't seen one person. Waste of time. To be expected with Jack in the Box.

Thanks for firing me and not hiring me when I needed a job but thank God yall food nasty but tacos good.. I made 99 cents per hour plus my pay.. what 7× 40 was.. 32.00 a day thanks owner

Above average quality fast food for a slightly above average price. Overall I'd say it is worth it for the difference in quality. Friendly staff and clean facilities are a plus as well.

The worst customer service I've ever dealt with food as well amateur loud rude to the point they'll even slam the drive through window shut in your face for asking for extra ketchup...

In spite of having only two people working, this crew of two got my order right and out hot with friendly attitudes. Better than many fast food places when fully staffed. Bless them.

The service is horrible, the food is nasty, it's always HOT in the inside. To be honest I feel like it needs to be closed down for Good. Poor, poor service! And again, nasty Food!!!!

Saw a friend out side We were talking for2 to 3min mgr approached us and said you gotta go don't make me call the police. Wow, but you let guys hang out and panhandle the drive thru.

They pick and choose when they want to serve coffee in the mornings. Signed an irritated customer who just wants a cup of coffee in the morning omw to drop my son off at daycare!!!!

My order is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. I live walking distance so this is a place I go to offten. Is is dirty , disorganized, and the service is terrible if the manager is not there.
