Terrible service. Terrible management. If you go in the drive thru they make you pull away from the window so their clock has a lesser time than they actually took making the food. It’s ridiculous and dangerousness. They take forever. They forget to put bacon on the bacon burgers. They forget to put tacos in the taco bag. Who ever thinks “clocking” drive thru orders is still and competitive sport is wrong. Customers do NOT want to move away from the window so you can lie to yourselves that you’ve been “faster.” You’re not faster. You’re just manipulating the system. Take the false pressure off the business and worry about quality. Your job is to provide good service to the customer. Your job is not to provide false numbers on a weekly/daily taco report. Whoever has put the clock before the customer needs to be retrained or removed. If the owner demands low clock time he needs to sell the store.

I just left there to order my daughter some nuggets. I went inside this time because I didn't want to park. So as I was standing at the counter another customer had just walked out and I was standing there like 10 minutes and there were 3 employees working and they never even acknowledged me. But they both looked at me the Hispanic guy on the frier and the Hispanic girl working the window. Then I just was like excuse me no one is taking orders on front counter . Then the Hispanic guy gone say u see it's only 3 of us and yet he still didn't take my order he told the Hispanic girl something in Spanish and she came to take my order. He was very rude I'm a sponsor team lead at a jack location and no matter how many employees I have u could at least acknowledge customer and ask them to give u a second

Honestly I would have put a 5 start but I saw something and heard something I didn’t think coming into this Jack in the box would be so dramatic. A manager should NEVER yell at an employee. Speak like adults! I’m very disappointed at this Jack in the box so hostile and not only that the manager kept talking about the situation after the employee got off work. Just redundant how can a manager do that? I used to work at Jack in the box and to be honest I was never treated like this and to think I wanted to get a job here because I thought it was a peaceful work area I won’t. I feel so bad for the lady that got yelled at I think her name is Fanny the one that got yelled at. No one should get yelled at and be embarrassed infront of customers.

Had the bathroom locked and wouldn’t let me use the bathroom. The restroom is for customers so I won’t ever spend my money at this location. The lady was very rude and disrespectful. Very unprofessional for a so called Manager. Fanny was her name and she continued to be disrespectful saying Have a good day in a sing Songy type was as to provoke and antagonize. If sales do decline I can only imagine why with a manager like this who doesn’t care about customers or maybe it’s just because I’m black.

I always order their Breakfast Jacks with sausage. The line usually moves pretty quickly. One piece of advice...CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE WINDOW. The order is often missing something or the wrong type of sandwich is in the bag. This happens FREQUENTLY. The food is good when the order is right. When it's wrong, be prepared to go back...when they remake the order in a rush, the food is NOT as good. I still go, but I make sure I double-check my order before I leave.

Ive worked at jack in the box before and all i can say is this jack in the box compared to the i worked at n loved and all the ones ive been too as a customer this one is by far terrible they're lucky i dont work there cuz they would learn customer service the right way for example Jack Spicy chicken ask the customer if they want cheese on it and most of reading the order back to the customers and speaking louder through the head set

On break from work, so options are limited to eat within 30 minutes. Came here during lunchtime so I do expect things to take a few minutes extra. Ordered at 11:08 and didn't receive my burger and fries until 11:28. Asked to speak to a manager and they were busy at the time. Ate my meal, never spoke to the manager before having to leave. No burger takes 20 minutes to cook, and 4 people ordered after me all received their food first.

The sign they had outside said that it closes at 12 so my mom entered the store(the doors were open) the manager got mad at me and started raising his voice at me telling me i shouldn't be in there cuz it's closed and he can't take my order because the lobby is closed even though the door was open he should've never raised his voice at me and he should've just closed the doors if it wasn't available.

Just came from there like 5 min ago.. and the service was horrible I was rushed trying to give my order and was basically called stupid.. then the black devil gave me two egg rolls instead of 2 orders of the 3 piece egg rolls.. snatched my debit card out my hand.. topped her eyes.. Kicked me out of the store because he didn't want to take my order. I came into the store at 9:40pm and the sighn said it closes at 10pm, the manager the proceeded to yell and tell me it closes at 9pm(but that's not what the sighn says ) he then questioned how I got it even though the door was unlocked. Went thru the drive thru, told me to give them a min, waited 4 minutes even tho I was the only one in line, decided to go to the dining room cuz it said open, turns out it was closed, went back to the drive thru, told to wait again, even tho I was STILL THE ONLY PERSON IN LINE. I didn't have high expectations from a Jack in the Box, but holy hell did they lower it even more for me.

Me and my cousin always go to this location because it’s the closest to our house but every time we go the employee whom I believe her name is Ms.alicia is always in a rush and extremely rude taking orders. One time she dropped my cash as I was giving it to her, as a regular customer I believe we deserve better treatment also there was a big plastic piece on my taco!!!!!!!!

Worst Jack in the box I’ve ever eaten. Horrible slow service. No one but me at the drive in and no one on the inside and waited 20 minutes for a breakfast jack and a taco. When I finally got it it was cold as ice. I walked inside to complain and a big roach was waiting with me. So if you like to wait for cold food from a place with roaches by all means go here!

Jack in the box on telephone road is the worst Jack in the box in the world. The last five times I've ordered there, they either are out of what i ordered online or they get my order completely wrong. Then you call to try and remedy the problem and no one will answer. I'm calling corporate and NEVER going back to any Jack in the box. They should be closed down.

The service here is not terrible, but it is really up to luck whether you get a 1 star experience or a 4 star experience. Most recently, my brother ordered through doordash and we were a bit disappointed with the service. Drinks were not full, tacos had no lettuce or cheese. The last time I went in person, the cashier was kind of rude, but the food was good.

When confronted about their mistake the employee had already started fixing, the one person getting mad about it was the manager then didn't want to admit she was the manager... I've only been to this location twice and will never go back again. I believe she was the same manager that was there the last time I had issues.

I like this place is just right around the corner from my house, only thing is that they don't even give you napkins. I have been there several times with my little one always through driveway only and they don't ever give us napkins reason why I gave it 3 stars!! Other than that they're fast and place is clean!!

Jack in the Box food quality has declined over the years it's as if they just keep finding ways to make its cheaper and cheaper and the quality of the employees is to client as well. But Jack in the Box is well not alone. They only enjoyable to eat now is Whataburger yes it cost a little more but you get quality

We tried the new megabox deal. There's like a million many tacos about a half a million chicken nuggets with all the sauces you could possibly imagine and like four large boxes of curly fries! This is a great deal for 20 bucks!

I got sour tocos... yes 20 sour tacos. I will never go to this location again. No stars, there is no excuse to sell someone 20 sour tacos. After the 3rd sour toco. I tossed the rest away. Was it expired or kept at wrong temperatures I don't know. That's why they have managers. I'm done with this.

Do not go to this Jack. They served me tacos with no meat just lettuce and cheese. Manager can't resolve any issues either. Lady at window was either high or just not all there kept getting everything wrong know usually I don't go crazy over this kind of thing but this is ridiculous.

Staff is VERY nice and service was fast! Place was actually clean and food was hot and decent for being fast food. Love the tacos and curly fries and their chocolate overload cake, what a combo. They now have strawberry Dr Pepper and it tasted pretty good.

Bad place to stop. Always late with the food.. unfortunately I have to stop at this location because is the closest to our home. Every time I go I have to park in the front of the door also other people already waiting too.

One thing I hate about Jack in the Box is when I order curly fries and get a box full of regular fries, which is exactly what happened the other night. I had to look at my receipt again just to make sure I ordered curly.

The service is good and they are fast and the food comes out good as well but there isn't a lot of parking spots or room in the inside is a small location so I recommend to pick up your food and eat it somewhere else

Fast friendly and the only place open as Hurricane Harvey floods the area! They could have easily closed up but open to serve people hot food as they come in wet and stressed from the flood waters. Way to go JACK!

Awesome place where else will you get home style breakfast eggs orange juice and coffee plus hash browns. At lunch Tacos, or a good burger combo to. Every now and then your remember this place.

Lady was working drive thru and was not taking a homeless man order he didn't have a car so he asked me to order it for him which I did and she refused said she was only taking online orders

Food was over cooked. Had to wait 15 min. For order they move you away from drive thru window and leave you there. It was hot bacon undercooked hardly any potatoes or cheese. Disappointed.

They take more than 20 Minutes for just 20 tacos. Other jacks I gone to take less than 10 minutes.The manager sends the employee to clean outside and it's not even dirty.

went through drive thru and ordered 2 sausage and egg croissants for $4. The sandwiches were very good, seasoned well. Like these better than sausage biscuits and eggs.

Extremely slow... I literally had to flag the guy down to take my order. After he ran my card i stood in the lobby for a good 10mins before my food was ready.
