Yesterday august 21 I went to this jack in the box location and I ordered 12 tacos no sauce and large curly fries. I didn’t check my order because they have always gave me the correct order at this location but not this time I only received half my order which was only 6 tacos no sauce and the curly fries where not filled up, by the time I had checked I was already home and I called the location and a young man named Christian was very understanding and mentioned that the person that was in the drive though was new. Christian said I could either go back or go another day and he will leave a note with my name and order. I went today through the the lady was very RUDE she didn’t even let me explain what had happened and she kept asking what I was going to order. When I went to the drive through I tried to explain to her what had happened and that I had talked to Christian she she asked me what my order was and kept asking who I talked to and at what time I went which of course I understand the questions but she was so RUDE on how she was asking me and all she said was OKAY. Im not upset because I had to go back and get the rest of my order I’m upset because of the service I received from this lady that was in the drive through.

I've been coming to this location literally for 18 years. I went in while I was on my break to grab something quick and if I would have had more time I would have made a bigger deal out of it the lady handed me my bag and I grabbed a French fry and popped it in my mouth it not only was cold it was hard so I reached in and grabbed a couple more to see if it was just that 1 or if it was the whole bag. Mind you I watched them pull the French fries out of the grease and They came out in one solid brick and then sat there while they were making the sandwich. She hit this brick of curly fries with the back end of the scoop to break them up so she could put them in the little fry container. So I in Spanish told the lady who took my order that the French fries were hard and she says oh no they're fresh and I said yes I watched them come out and I handed her a French fries so she could feel she was older just crispy didn't offer to fix it or change it out or anything now in 18 plus years I have never had this experience so I'm a little disappointed in today's visit

This has been my worst experience ever with Jack in the box. Rude hispanic lady with broken English was working the drive thru at 1:40am on 09/29/2023. I Placed a mobile order around 1:30am. Go to the intercom and give My first and last name, she says there is no order for that name, I tell her I have the confirmation number, she say "I no need it, your name is not in the system here". I told her the confirmation is here in my phone with an attitude she say its not important and stops communication for 5-6 minutes.I nicely request info on how to get a refund, she says" I don't know its not my problim" I ask for a corporate phone number she replies "I don't know" I ask her name she rudely replies "you no need it, I don't know" after going back and forth for 15 minutes, she grabs a bag that clearly has my first and last name on it. She tells me that I only said the last name. Horrible customer service!

Two Tacos

Ordered a classic chicken big box combo on the app. I was given a large box with a little chicken and no fries. When I brought this to the supervisor, she argued that ordering from an app was different from the store and I don't get fries with the app. I showed her the app picture for the big box chicken combo showed fries, chicken, and a drink. I showed her the picture behind her on the menu for the same price that showed chicken, fries, and a drink. She kept arguing that an app order is different and doesn't come with fries. Her sidekick at the register called me a pinche something in Spanish and threw the middle finger at me as we were arguing. Definitely the dumbest, most poorly trained crew I've ever met at a Jack in the Box. I will never come back to this location. Ever.

This location doesn't deserves One Star, as this location is nasty, customer service from managers to workers is horrible, RUDE, the preparation of food is a mess they just lay food around then serve it to you (thrown together). I wouldn't do breakfast, lunch or dinner here - if I'm starving I wouldn't stop here. One of the manager clothes was Dirty and thrown together (like their food). I'm sure nothing is going to happen but at least people will know how it process!

Ordered $30 worth of food, loaded fries were good but the rest was bad. Ordered the spicy nacho meal and chicken was brown and old, just like the bread. Asked for cheese on my fries and about 5 fries came with cheese. Tacos were bland and surprisingly lettuce was really dry. Didn't want to go back since it was late night. Would like to receive something back from store or corporate, I used to love this Jack

Stopped by there to grab a sack for lunch. Ordered a Jumbo Jack which was okay, but the stuffed jalapenos were terrible. Too much grease and breading covering what appeared to be small jalapeno shells half-stuffed with cheese that didn't appear to be fully melted as it should have been. The buttermilk ranch dip pack wasn't even cold. Very disappointing since the stuffed jalapenos were really good at a lot of the other JITB locations.

The place is suprisingly nice, especially in mornings. The place is pretty quiet, and The food is really nice, I would definitely recomienda this place if you're looking for a quick eat.

Can't say much but a late night place to get food. Went to drive thru and got my food. No complaints no special issues. Tacos and fries . Tacos were the same as always. Lettuce looks fresh. Hard and crispy. Curly fries were small for a large size. I wish it would be more than just a handful.

It's aight. They don't speak English to Good but it's OK. Gotta ask for fresh fries n tacos cause they will give you old ones if you don't. Burgers are OK. Regular fast food place.

I get night shifts are tuff but shamelessly ignoring us while we add to our order to rush us then only responding by “go to the window” even with a line, you should add more customer etiquete training to future employers this will only discourage me as a customer and others that hear from this.

This was supposed to be their "Supreme Crossoint" bacon sandwich in the combo meal #21. The amount of bacon should have been 3 or 4 times as much to justify the name and price of the meal. This was a rip-off, and I'll never buy it again.

The first time I have a bad experience. I had a drink accidentally fall at the drive thru, the worker was very rude blaming me that it was my fault. When my reacting after the drink falling was to apologize at no moment was I rude.

One of the best locations I’ve been too! I was created by a very sweet lady at the drive through, great location, just between blalock and clay. Very welcoming and friendly. Order was fast and fresh. This location is very clean, organized and well operated! Keep up the great job Jack in the box in Clay!

I stopped by for a quick breakfast. Service was okay. It took a little time to get my food. I found a stack of trays on the table I sat. I guess they are short of trash bins. It didn't bother me. I was only here to get a quick breakfast. I used to come here for lunches. Just okay. Nothing to brag about.

Missing fries , no straws , ordered the cheese potatoes wedges I said potatoes wedges they don't put cheese or bacon it's kinda common sense I ment the toppings ..cashier female blue hair overnights .. egg rolls not crispy no crunch bad service usually don't have this issue from the location..

The service was friendly. Tacos were soggy had been sitting. Fries were crumbled, and soggy pieces couldn't even eat. Looked like they had been pulled out of the bottom bag of the freezer that had been squashed. Not enable.
