I had a one hour lash 10:30am appointment and arrived a few minutes early and sat down, 10:40am passed and a lady nearby finally asked me who I was here for and for my name, then asked if I checked in I said no, and then told me to come to her table, which I should have been told as soon as I arrived not 10 minutes later. When I was sitting down, the other 2 lash ladies nearby said something in Chinese and started looking at me and laughing which made me uncomfortable and almost walk out actually because I believe it was about how I was sitting there waiting. My appointment should have been one hour and finished at 11:30am but it ran over time until 12:15pm with no apology or anything. This has happened before with the same lady ( her name starts with S and ends in usan) and in the past I had been late to other appointments as she always runs over time and inconveniences the client. She also kept hurting my eyelashes when using the tweezers and glue and when people walked past they kept knocking the table. The environment is very crowded, unprofessional and the “cash only” makes me think something dodgey is going on. They didn’t turn out how I wanted also so I’m really unhappy and won’t be back.

Lili was so patient with me. I don’t often get my lashes done and when I do I can’t decide lol I couldn’t remember what Jackie did the last time and didn’t have a photo so was trying to explain to Lili what I remembered Jackie saying I told Lili I want it as natural as possible and not too much. She explained what would suit my eyes and why she did not recommend the other styles I was suggesting. Lili said we will do Russian 5D and make it natural looking. I was still not sure but trusted Lili’s judgement. Now not only am I picky but I have very sensitive eyes so one eye blinks a lot (well when I’ve been to other lash techs). Lili did an amazing job I did not blink nor did my eyes sting. My lashes look amazing and very natural looking just as I wanted. They are so pretty. Not only do I Highly highly recommend Lili but Jackie Lashes in general. This is my second time there and they are so accomodating and will look after you. They listen to what you want and deliver. I did 1st time eye lash extension by this girl Amy. It was very hurtful when she was working on me. I even ask her is that meant to hurt but she just want to go on and ignore my question. Asking me stay still. After treatment I couldn’t open my eyes and water just not stopping but she said this is normal this will stop shortly. I drive to my home but my eyes hurting so much I couldn’t drive, I stop by and waited to feel better still under impression this is normal. However this after 3 days I feel less pain but very uncomfortable I can’t touch my lashes it’s feel weird I just wanted to get ride of them. In 6th day they started to come off which was kinda relief but how come such product coming off in only 6 days then I realise she did really awful work with me. Not doing eye lash extension ever in my life. Thanks to Jackie Lash Co to change my mind set not worth it.

I’ve been coming to Jackie and the girls since I was 16 and I’m now 21, I haven’t been anywhere else since I discovered them! each and every lash tech have their own technique and touch but regardless of who you’re booked with you leave looking like a whole baddie Beds are comfortable! Atmosphere is welcoming and the girls are soft spoken which is a plus if you’re someone like me, who can’t help but take a lash nap I travel over an hour just to come to Jackie and the girls because I literally refuse to go else where. Guarantee once you come here, you’ll be hooked. QUITE LITERALLY Thank you so much to Jackie and the girls for always making me feel and look brand new, until next time my loves!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service in every aspect. No hygienic practices followed no cleansing of lashes prior, glue was over my eyelids and burning the next day. Full set done rushed in an hour after waiting 30mins. Had lashes stuck together, uneven lengths and missed lashes so looked sparse immediately. The lashes itself were really poor quality almost old looking, and felt dry and cheap. They take no accountability for their poor service. Waste of money and time. I gave them my feedback and asked for a refund, they wanted me to come back and remove them in order to receive the refund. Pointless. I would absolutely not trust them to do the removal I’d rather pay a better technician to fix it. Won’t be returning. Very disappointing

I had the absolute worse experience here. I went to this salon 3 times with the first time asking for wet lash set only to end up with burning eyes and a barely their classic set after 2 hours. Second time the same with burning eyes. I had to wait 10 mins in my car with my eyes closed because it was stinging so bad and the third time was way worse with the lash techs phone up my ears on full volume with its alarm on. She kept pulling onto my eyes making it the most uncomfortable experience ever without even apologising! My current lash tech have mentioned that the amount of glue used was way too much and the lash extensions were put right on my skin leaving my lash line damaged.

Poor quality work and lack of accountability. Process was not comfortable whilst they were applying, it was also very rushed and the full set was done in under an hour. Multiple lashes were attached to one extension and excessive glue was used to the point where they feel clumpy. When I tried contacting them about it they were unhelpful and quite rude saying maybe I wasn’t suited to their lashes rather than offering a helpful solution. The workers also talk a lot to each other during the process and this is not very relaxing or professional. Very disappointed in the quality of the service and the quality of the response and I would not recommend them.

I have been getting my eyelashes done for over 15 years now & have been to many eyelash tech's & have experienced horrible outcomes where I've actually lost my real lashes from techs that have no clue, but finally found Jacqui Lashes years ago & have never been happier with the results, beautiful every time. The quality is perfection not them nasty thick lashes that weigh ur eyes down & feel disgusting. They are perfectly fluffy lashes that feel so light, u can't feel u have extensions on. Jackie is experienced & very professional & friendly, I 100% recommend Jackie Lashes.

Excellent eyelashes. Quality of eyelashes are pretty good with reasonable price. I have discovered them through instagram and have been doing my lashes for a year with them now. Have been trying different lash techs so I know which one I like best. Improvements/suggestions: - Make the environment more relaxing. Lash techs keep talking loudly and it kinda defeats the purpose of having 'me' time or relaxing time. Recent visit, there were kids crying etc. Having lashes done for at least one hour is quite long and if environment isn't relaxing then it is quite unbearable.

Had a very disappointing first experience. The overall process was so uncomfortable, with the lash artists talking amongst each other and loud music playing. Nothing about the atmosphere was relaxing or professional. Lash artist did not listen to what I asked for and was quick to shut me down. In the end, I’ve never felt so disappointed to see that the outcome did not meet my expectations. Expensive and can’t help but to feel like I’ve wasted my money. Contacted regarding the issue with no response. Would not recommend.

Been coming to Jackie for 5-6 years now. I am from the south east suburbs which means getting my lashes done at jackie lashes is about a 2 hour round trip for me driving there, but I cannot find anyone else better than these girls. I have tried many girls in my area, and no one compares to Jackie Lashes. No matter how many different lash places I’ve tried closer to home, I ALWAYS end up going back to Jackie. I am yet to find another place who’s lashes last as long as Jackie’s do.

They are all super friendly but the application of my lashes really wasn’t great. I got a full set of classics and it was completed in 45 minutes, my lashes weren’t isolated properly and I have multiple fake lashes on one real lash, the amount of glue used is a lot leaving it to hurt my eyelids with also a few being attached to my skin… my eyelids are uncomfortable and sore and there also was not a fake lash attached to every natural lash which made it in some places look bare.

Jackie from Jackie Lashes is my absolute go too when it comes to quality lashes! I've been going to her for a few years now, and the quality of her work has not disappointed me, no matter the style I choose. Also their new lash beds are so good, especially when you're on your back during your appointment; my back tends to ache but these lash beds mold to your body shape making it so much more comfortable. Definitely recommend Jackie

Have been getting my lashes done here for 6months now and honestly they are so worth the price. Amy always kills my lashes all the time and they stay for more then a month. Example the picture posted below the lashes are like 5 weeks old. Also lets not forget their customer service, my boyfriends phone died and they gave him a charger to charge his phone, they are always friendly and nice. 100% RECOMMEND.

I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. The beds were exceptionally clean and comfortable and I almost nodded off to sleep a few times whilst the application of my lashes was seamless and professional. Chloe did an amazing job with my lashes today! She went through and took out any loose lashes and really took her time to create very full and fluffy lashes. Completely ruined my natural lashes. I had a reaction to the glue and when putting lash remover on them they turned white and went rick hard like nail glue. Another professional lash tech said she has never seen anything like it and was the hardest set to remove she had ever done.

Love going here! The benches have been upgraded and they are so much comfier to lie on. Jackie is quick and does my lashes to my liking which I love and booking is so easy to do! My go to!

Don’t bother getting lashes done here, a full set barely lasted a week. They all just fell out even when I did everything right, my lashes usually last 4-5 weeks. Waste of time and money.
