I called the number for questions regarding the appeal process. I was on hold for a half hour . I was then given the address for the administration building. I read the reviews and prepared to wait in the waiting room for hours per the reviews. What a shock! Upon entry I was met by the receptionist, related m name and address, given a number and escorted to another room. I sat down and started to take out my items when Travis called my number. What a surprise and relief because Travis also had the power to resolve my appeal. Great job Assessment Appeal Office!!!
There is absolutely no reason the appeal process should take this long. This should have been anticipated and procedures should have been put in place. There are older people waiting in line with walkers .
Appointments running an hour late at least. Limited parking, they have the NW entrance closed. Saw a couple of old people walking to their car block away. Not enough handicap parking
