Sandra answered my call today for business attire. She was magnificent from the moment she answered until the moment I went in and walked out with the best business suit and blouse ever. Her attention to me throughout made it great. Her customer service was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble and her product knowledge was exemplary. She got me the right sizes and styles - even though I didn't she was right - she was spot on. I highly recommend her as a stylist instore. Visited the Hurstville store. Found a coat I loved but not in my size, she was an angel and called everywhere, found one in Burwood. By that weekend we went into lockdown. Managed to call one day and check it was there, had it put on hold with my correct name and number. Burwood assured me they’d keep it on hold until lockdown lifted. Four months go by, get double vaxxed, finally quit my job, have a weekend free to visit the store in person. Crossed five LGAs, just to find out they’d sold it. Didn’t call, didn’t offer shipping. Nothing. I love their stuff…just can’t seem to get what I want.

I have been shopping lately on line with Jacqui E due to Covid and I love their linen range. Got few tops, few pants, pair of shorts and light jacket. I really wanted to praise their on line service- I did my order Wednesday evening and I got it delivered today! This is a lovely store. They stock feminine, fashionable, chic clothing and accessories for most occasions. I have bought some lovely tops and a jacket from this here and have been really pleased with the purchases. The clothing has lasted well and is of good quality. They stock a wide size range and the prices are reasonable. The staff are always helpful and very willing to assist with sizes and choices.

I love shopping at JacquiE be it in Melbourne or in Sydney. The staff are always so helpful and will always let me know what's the latest offer available. I buy most of my work clothes from here and always receive compliments from colleagues.

Love to wear these dresses at work. Last week I bought a red one for the Christmas party and received many compliments. I bought 2 other dresses on Saturday. The shop assistants are all attentive and they give suggestions.
