Long time customer of Jacqui E. I purchased a number of items online from Jacqui E. I went in yesterday (with my sister) to return 1 thing (out of about 5 items having spent well over $400 in total) with a receipt, unworn, in original packaging, within 4 days of receiving the items. The store was empty (weekday morning) and I wasn't even acknowledged by the salesperson. I went to the counter and the sales person rolled her eyes when I said I needed to return something. She said I should browse and see what I like and do an exchange. I said I just wanted a return and that I had recently purchased a lot from the store. She huffed over, looking super annoyed. She dubiously inspected the invoice and return. She then asked what was wrong with my item and sighed again when I said the colour of the item looked different on the website. She again asked if I wanted to look around for something else. I declined and said that I just wanted to do the return. She then showed me some clothes, randomly grabbing them from behind the counter. I said again that I wasn't interested. I don't often return things, but when I do, it usually ends up being an exchange because I end up browsing and buying something else, but I did not want to look around as she was so rude and I was uncomfortable. After another contemptuous sigh, she threw this weird book at me and asked me to complete some return form. I asked for a pen and she sighed again. It was so awkward. I wasn't sure if I was being over sensitive about her attitude (I've never returned something to Jacqui E before - is this normal?). However, when I got outside the store, my sister immediately commented on how rude this salesperson was. I can't say that I would ever return to that store.

Today I had an unsavoury experience at Castle hill shop. Was interested in a dress (Keira Wrap Dress $49.95 AUD - 519952) I saw online and called castle hill shop and asked if they have the dress and was told it is not available there but If I come to the shop they can order from Homebush. Once went there I was told that the dress will cost $ 67 if she have to get it from Homebush. When inquire why the price difference in Online and getting it from another shop, she got annoyed and said that they are charging extra for delivery. If I want it for that price I should got to DFO. Do the math, I can order it online for less. I left the shop with out buying anything else. I was supper upset and humiliated as this has been my favourite shop and I frequently shop there. The staff who served me is not one of my regular store people but this kind of staff will make very unsavoury shopping experience. Today I took my shopping else where and spend my money on shops that I can have a good satisfaction...

A lovely lady served me with no issues . I got myself a wonderful black coat . She was so attentive and held the 2 coats for an hour as well. There were some great discounts too in store. Lately I notice sales staff d not wish to serve customers and look very annoyed if you require assistance as Online shopping is way to go . Im old school and also love trying things on before I buy ..I dont write many retail reviews either . Thanks lovely lady ...Sorry I forgot the name but she is one of 2 on Wednesday State of Origin Day ..

Such a great store for workwear and leisure primarily but also items which translate between both! All items I have purchased are good quality and long lasting. Prices are sometimes expensive but reasonable for the quality. They do offer sales regularly. Staff at the Castle Hill store are also so friendly and helpful which is a huge plus!

Similar experience to Gigi Kriel. The lady was very accommodating when we were shopping but as soon as an online return was mentioned the mood soured really badly. Apparently online returns come off their books but that is not something a customer has control over!

Friendly staff on my visit . They've got a sale on ( at the time of my visit ~ 30% off ) . Found a black skirt that looked better on me than anything else I currently own/wear but can't afford it.

The ladies in this store are so nice and couldn’t be more helpful. Very rare to find good service these days, and these women are awesome. I am very happy to shop here.

Jacquie castle hill customer service is stellar! The ladies here are very helpful and make best effort to provide great shopping experience.

Worst experience. Went to castle store to return an item with tag. The lady in store was so rude. Never going back to this store.
