I have been coming now to Jade Tailors for 4 or so years and have consistently been impressed with the quality of work that they do. I had been to other tailors who either charged way too much or taken 2-4 weeks to complete an alteration. They quote fairly and accurately. I had a formal dress dry cleaned and it was more than she quoted me so she took care of the extra amount. Very high level of integrity and accountability. Very well priced and very good work done. Highly recommend.

The tailor's prices are so reasonable! She is very, very knowledgeable about what needs to be done and how to do it. I trust her with all types of items and tasks (hemming, adding a lining to a pleated skirt, reshaping vintage or overly large items, repairing household textile items -- such as a couch cover that had come apart at the seam). She never disappoints. I drive across town (from the Riverbend area) just to get things done right. She's professional and works very hard.

I chose to have my bridesmaid dress hemmed here based on other good reviews and I am so happy I did! Amazing job, extremely fair priced and fast! She was able to do it for me in less than a week even during this busy season of weddings and grads. And to top it off my alteration cost was significantly less than all the other bridesmaids who went to other shops! I was nervous about going to a new tailor but I couldn’t have had a better experience :) will definitely be back!

I was so impressed with this tailor. I was supposed to be a bridesmaid for my sister pre-covid when I was not pregnant. The wedding ended up being moved to when I was 9 months pregnant. Somehow, Jade Tailors worked a miracle and got the dress to fit my giant pregnant belly and turned it around in about 10 days. I’m so thankful and so impressed!

Excellent service, quality tailoring and dry cleaning, and reasonably priced. The pieces I've had altered always look immaculate. Thao really goes above and beyond, and she is such a sweetheart! These are some of the reasons I've been going there for several years, and continue to do so even though I no longer live in the neighbourhood.

My items were cleaned in a timely manor. If you're expecting them to be cleaned for a certain date please give them ample time as it was politely explained to me that they would need a couple days. My Jacket had a tear in the seam inside and they sewed it up without being asked. Very pleased.

Great finished product - I got a suit drycleaned and needed a patch replaced on a uniform, and they both came back great. The suit had a couple stains (weddings right) but they were dealt with wonderfully. It's close to home, so I'll definitely be back!

Friendly and well organized place. I take my clothes here to have them mended and she does a good job. Also has given me lots of good advice on what kind of sewing machine to get. See you again soon when I rip another pair of pants

If I could give more stars I would. Brought in a winter jacket with a broken zipper, she fixed it on the spot in 5 minutes, other places would have replaced the zipper and charged me like $40, highly recommend this place.

She is highly skilled and honest with you about what won’t work with certain fabrics and what will look nice. always does everything she can to get things to you quickly. The best tailor. I would never go anywhere else

You want it done fast? Well the owner will be able to do that for you. Very professional and I would recommend anyone to go here, very friendly and soft spoken. This is the only tailor that I will use from now on.

Thao knows her stuff - very handy for a guy who doesn't!! Very friendly and patient explaining the correct way things should be done and why. Yup, my new tailor with an added bonus of being a dry cleaner as well.

I came in for alteration. She spent time with me and gave her honest and professional advice. In the end, nothing needs to be done. She didn't charge me anything (despite my insistence). Highly recommended!!!
