Mr Anatolios “the supper polite waiter” and also very proud of his instagram, I only asked his name for a review and he decided to shout out loud so that everyone can hear how to find his instagram ‍♀️ I passed by for a quick lunch, came in, was asked to show safe pass, in response I have asked to have a sit first and I’ll show the safe pass, so that without a hassle and a bag in my hand I could do the right thing. In return I get a straight and kind of rude “no you can’t, show the safe pass first”. Okkkk sounded rude but reasonable.. I did show, sat, made my order. A couple of local girls arrive smile to the staff, everyone sees them, they sit at the table without any checks, and show their safe pass already while sitting, okkkz Another couple of girls arrives, goes all around the place, say hi to the staff, sit, they get the menu, talk and only after 3-4 min kind waiter Anatolios asked them for their safe passes. So the time comes and I ask mr Anatolios for my bill and how does he set the rules whom to allow to sit without a safe pass and who can’t sit, and of course I didn’t get an answer. I got an angry guy standing above me saying “so u want the bill” ??? Thanks for the spoilt lunch, I actually been giving this place a chance a couple of times, the very same waiter has always been acting very unprofessional and kind of arrogant whenever I came in alone or with my friends, it’s been two years of me passing by and giving a chance and today thanks to great Anatolios and his famous instagram I finally don’t feel like going there ever again, even though place looks cute and cozy, shame ‍♀️ shame he works there, faces clients, including foreigners, especially considering the fact it’s located at hotel entrance, and spoils experience. Zero apologies, only attack in response and bunch of arrogance. Highly recommend to train staff on what’s customer service looks like.

My recent experiences at Jam have regrettably been less than stellar, prompting me to share my disappointment. The downward spiral in both service and quality has left me reconsidering my loyalty to this establishment. First and foremost, the slow service during weekends was a major drawback. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed or understaffed, leading to frustratingly long waiting times. This sluggish service significantly detracted from what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience. Adding insult to injury, the outside dining tables were noticeably unstable, making it difficult to enjoy a meal without constantly worrying about spills. The tilted tables not only contributed to an uncomfortable dining atmosphere but also highlighted a lack of attention to detail in maintaining basic amenities. Furthermore, I've noticed a decline in the overall quality of the dishes, especially the main course that I once considered a favorite. The continuous drowning of dishes in excessive sauce is becoming a concerning trend, and it's disheartening to see a lack of consistency in the kitchen. To make matters worse, the once-charming ambiance of the restaurant has been marred by a strange and annoying issue. The steps leading into the restaurant have become noticeably uneven over the past month. It's disconcerting to experience an unexpected drop with each visit, and it raises serious safety concerns that should not be overlooked. In light of these accumulating disappointments, I am left questioning my continued patronage of Jam. I sincerely hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards restoring the quality and reliability that initially drew me to this establishment.

I’ve been going to Jam for 2 years almost. My friends and I used to enjoy the coffee, breakfast and ambiance. And the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, it’s no longer the case. As we haven’t been in a few months due to hot weather in Limassol, we decided to go today to meet up. I was asked by the server how many people we were and I answered 5 people. She showed me to a corner table that had uncomfortable chairs. The place was rather empty surprisingly. There was only one other table that was being occupied. So I asked the waitress if I could move to a smaller table and combine it with the one next to it as it was more spacious and the chairs were far more comfortable. It’s a normal thing for coffee shops and restaurants to do this. She answered “no we can’t”. I suggested that I help her move them together and she said absolutely not. I asked if I could speak with the manager that I had known from before as it was a normal process to put two tables together and he never said anything to us. The server said that he had quit. I asked her perhaps I can speak to the new one as I’m sure it wouldn’t be a problem. I sat myself down after having moved the tables closer and answered my phone. What happened next was just appalling. A head server or a manger came to me and said, “this is not your restaurant and Savvas is not here for you”. Savvas was the previous manager/ server. “You need to sit somewhere else!” And with that, I got up and left the place. I didn’t even bother having a discussion with the man. For a coffee shop associated with a well known hotel, it wasn’t the response I expected. I couldn’t believe that these servers were in the hospitality business. So this is the story of how we will never go to Jam again!

So it all started when we called to make a reservation, the lady was rude over the phone, and she said we have a time limit ( 3 hrs)of how long we are allowed to sit, which as a first time customer I found it to be very rude. As we got to the place we were greeted by a rude employee at the entrance, with no smile whatsoever. As we sat down, the lady reminded us of the time limit that we have, which is was now 2hrs. I get that you want to have a time frame for brunch and lunch, but as a customer, hearing that for the first time I set foot at the place, it does not make a good impression. Now, The place is nice, but way overpriced. We paid €4 for a freddo espresso(single shot), €4 for a bottle of water, And €12 euros for a very expensive sandwich (Vromiko) that you can get of any food truck for half the price. We saw the prices before we went, but since it was highly recommended by friends, we decided to try it. The prices certainly do not match the place and the quality the food. Considering other places in Limassol offer a menu brunch, with the same prices, but with a touch of originality and better quality, we don’t think we will be visiting Jam again.

Food was ok, but the waiter/manager at Jam Restaurant took the prize for the rudest person I've met during my stay in Limassol. Third time's the charm, but he was rude twice before, and on the third occasion, he went overboard. He messed up our food order, served bacon to a vegetarian, and left us quite terrified. We placed an order for two coffees, but a waiter mistakenly brought us orange juice instead. Initially, we assumed it was an honest mistake and kindly informed the waiter that the orange juice was not intended for our table. Understanding our request, he promptly took it back. However, much to our astonishment, the waiter/manager returned with the same juice and forcefully tossed it onto our table, making a remark along the lines of "you have juice today" despite being the person who had originally taken our coffee order. This individual exuded an air of malevolence blended with professionalism, leaving me unconvinced that the order mix-up was accidental. Poor service for 18 euros/person. Perhaps non-hotel guests receive better treatment, but either way, skip this place.

I LIKED: -Regarding the food, it's delicious. Good quality and well-cooked. -Regarding the place, it's well situated in castle area. Close to Molos. You can sit either outside or inside. -Regarding the service, they are good. Kind and always happy to assist. I DIDN'T LIKE: -Prices. Went for brunch and the average prices are more expensive that other places. Even higher than fancier places as Epsilon. -It's summer, with 40 degress. No ventilators outside the local for keep colder the customers. -We called for make a reservation for brunch, but they don't make reservations. It's first to come first to sit, but they had already some reserved tables (something contradictory). Also, other day, we tried to go for coffee at afternoon, but they told us that only they make reservation for dinner. But, this "dinner time" starts from 6pm. So, if you want to go to drink a coffee with reservation, reserve table for dinner from 6pm in order to drink a coffee. Otherwise, will be full always and you will not have space to sit.

Stayed in the Old Port Hotel and as I arrived early, I had the time to have lunch in this restaurant, which is linked to the hotel. Lots of people but fortunately one table was free. The staff is working very hard and everything looks like in the hurry. They waiters are like running all the time. That's the reason for 4 out of 5 stars. Respect for the blond girl for being perfectly organized and having everything under control. She could run a restaurant herself, I'm pretty sure of that. For her 6 stars rating! Food was really nice, big portions. Very tasty and let's say fancy. Location is great but the atmosphere is too chaotic for me. Thank you for the food and for the hospitality.

the worst experience in Cyprus for 3 years of living here. we ordered well-done burger. they brought us the burger with blood. when we said that it’s not well-done and we needed a new one, the waiter tried to prove us that it was well-done and even yelled at us. finally he agreed to bring us a new cutlet. in the end he included 2 burgers in the bill, said that he did 50% discount for the second burger (which was not true), than that he didn’t include water which cost 5 euro. when I finally asked for administrator or somebody else and he understood that I was pregnant, he suggested something else or refund. we asked for refund for the second burger which cost €16,5 and he returned €15 in cash and said that it was €20. never again.

In the middle of old town in Limassol you can have a cool evening break and enjoying some nice food while having some drinks over a cozy charming modern atmosphere. Must get the JFC (Jam fried chicken)! The dishes are delicious with this bistro signature from the chef who has some French Michelin experience on his background. Top service always present and helping with suggestions beside the groovy open space in the heart of Limassol. After a day driving around and enjoy the beach this was the perfect wrap up for the evening. The atmosphere of ancient plus the groovy outside with a fine bottle of cold white wine after some finger foods just nailed my last night in Limassol. Good stuff!

We had a lovely meal here mid-week lunchtime. 5 children raging from 7 to 15 years old, and 3 adults, all were very well catered for. Service was friendly and helpful. 2 adults in the party are vegan and one child vegetarian, there was a large selection of veggie and Vegan options, and we were even made a specially adapted vegan pizza upon request, which was delicious. Very cool place, nice vibe and the toilets smell lovely!

2 weeks in Limassol (our base) we pretty much came here every morning/lunch for brunch, once we stumbled upon it. Food was great, like really great! Atmosphere is vibrant and bustling with fans/shade everywhere. Staff always helpful and friendly (I'm guessing coming 9 mornings in a row helped with this). Service was also very fast considering how busy it is. Go try it out, you won't regret it.

Gorgeous elegant place with the most beautiful alley in Limassol. You can literally seat under the trees. If you haven't seen their Christmas decoration you definitely have to pass by. They have such a good coffee and the food is always delicious. I'm a vegetarian and I was impressed to see how many options for me I could find on their menu. They even offer vegan pancakes with tahini that are to die for. The place is mostly known for brunch but I prefer the atmosphere at night. So cosy with lovely chill jazzy music and very friendly staff. Great selection of wines and cocktails also.

Savvas was our waiter and he made our visit an experience! My wife complimented his apron so he put it on her and coached her how to take my order his service and energy was fantastic. We had their brunch menu and I had their sandwich with grilled chicken, pesto and dried tomatoes with sweet potato fries, and my wife had the local brekky. Their mocha latte didn't even need sugar it was so smooth and buttery. We finished with the French Kiss dessert and I can say that everything we ordered was a good decision. We can't wait to come here again on our next visit to Cyprus!

Delicious and creative food. A bit higher than average prices but the quality of food and service is the best. It seems like that the restaurant belongs to the near by hotel. The place is very near historical center, Castle and the sea.

This honestly is one of my favourite spots in Limassol. The food is super tasty, the waiters are very kind and take a good care of the customers, the atmosphere is very chill and positive as every single shop at this area, but Jam just hits different. Their food is just art and always keeps its high class quality. If you ask me for a restaurant suggestion I have many but for sure I would start the list with this one. It has hotel rooms as well and the spot is very convinient and near the beach. I am sure you'll love it!

The reason this is two and not a one star is the lovely staff member who cleaned the table when we got there. The rest was terrible. The food took over 50 minutes to come when we asked how long left - they said 3 minutes that took an extra 10. I ordered the salmon asparagus - This was literally for some toast, salmon, apiaragus, salad and two poached eggs that were overly done. If you are hungry I would avoid it as the portions aren't great. There were 4 tables that came after us and still got served quicker - trajic.

Great place for afternoon drinks! Also delicious brunch and coffee.

Contemporary decor perfect for enjoying food or drink. Service is polite and efficient. Usually such places prepare u to be excited by the food. I wasn't excited but the food had potential. The focus is put on the presentation rather than perfecting the taste. I tried the slow cooked pork belly. Needed more marinating to give more taste. Salads need also to be raised to a perfect main dish level. Hand cut potatoes were too oily. Definitely will go again to give this place another try.

This place is amazing, the location, lighting, music everything is great! Of course the food was even more delicious than ever (pictures below)! The waiter treated us with utmost respect and was soo kind! Will definitely come again when again in Limassol!

This place is such a vibe. It’s very nice decorated, has a great variety of food and coffees. We went there for brunch and I had a local breakkie which can set full even the most hungry man. Absolutely wonderful place! The food, its presentation, the service were very good. Special thanks to Savvas for taking care of us every time that we visited. We had banana bread with yogurt cream which was the perfect choice for close to guilt-free sin loved it! We also had porridge, eggs sunny side up, chia pudding and croissant for breakfast. Everything was really nice!

i tried their brunch and dinner dishes and they were both fantastic! As a coffee fanatic i have to admit that the coffee was amazing. Situated just a few meters from the beach right next to the Old Limassol Port and Limassol Marina its definitely a unique place to have your morning brunch or evening dinner with a refreshing cocktail. Prompt service , unique environment and distinctive flavors, you wont find a boring dish ! I highly recommend it !

Wonderful place with such a nice climate (and lovely smell!!) that we regret we can spend only one day in Limassol. The waiters were very kind and charming :)- even if they didn’t agree to put burrata into my chicken pesto . Thank you! I recommend this place to everyone.

We are so fortunate to have this cutest little spot just a few minutes drive away from home. Food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Love this place and will continue to visit and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in. Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite.

Nice place with a nice concept and our food was really tasty. But I would recommend finding a more polite way of suggesting a drink other than "c'mon man, what is this drink you're ordering, it doesn't go with the food you want". It sounds rude and unprofessional and you risk to make the customer feel a bit stupid, even worse when addressing this way to a woman.

Loved this place and I’m fuzzy! Best salad I’ve ever eaten in my life I ordered the Super H with almonds Halloumi avocado it was delicious. Ordered the carrot juice and a ginger & Turmeric shot, I felt revived and energised. Lovely friendly staff and very good price. Highly recommended. My daughter had the chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries which were crunchy and another stunning plate of food. I can’t wait to eat there again

I vacationed to Cyprus twice and had the pleasure of frequenting this restaurant on multiple occasions. A beautiful place at the center of old city. I recommend the tahini choco pancakes, are delicious! Nevertheless, we had been waiting for 5 minutes to be given the menu. The fritter, which is the main element of the dish in beetroot burger, was tasteless and the dish in general overpriced! The orange juice was tasteless as well. I believe that the place is overrated and the owners should lower the prices.

We were at this place late in the evening. I like the cosy atmosphere. Good tea and burgers. If I could I went here for lunch because there are few positions in the menu after 4p.m. I do want to try dinners in this place.

We love this place!! Incredible yummy food! Amazing cocktails and super nice vibe! We discovered this little gem whilst walking around Limassol on am evening and we had a couple of drinks and some food! Place is amazing! Δεν θα το προτιμούσα ξάνα. Το φαγητό ηταν απλά οκ. Ο καφές ηταν καλός μπορώ να πω και το προσώπικο ηταν γενικότερα ευγενικό. Δυστυχως το συγκεκριμενο μαγαζι δεν εχει καθολου τιμοκαταλογο στα ελληνικα αλλα μονο στα αγγλικα , το οποιο ειναι απαρεδεκτο(τουλαχιστον για εμενα).

I've been to jam for both brunch and dinner and I have to say it is exceptional. From the service, to the meal you will endulge in and the refreshing cocktails to wash it all down. For the quality of food you receive it has to be one of the best value for money establishments in limassol!! I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work!!

Ok guys, is it legal to make such an amazing food? I ordered Jam burger and it was one of the best burgers I've tried so far. Tasty cocktails and wine. Staff was friendly and helpful. And service was extremely fast. Prices are higher than average, but I'm ready to pay for this quality and service. Thank you for the great evening!

Good variety of different dishes with special festive menu during Christmas. Everything arrived well presented however the chicken sandwich was a bit bland and the side sauce tasted off. The fresh juices were quite nice. The atmosphere is relaxed. The service was good but could be improved as we had to ask for things many times.

We came at 10:03 for breakfast, but breakfast is over and till 10:30 we can’t offer something. Girl waiter was not friendly and didn’t offer us something to eat, and didn’t try to do something to leave us in cafe. It was very disappointing on Sunday morning, because we specifically come to this place. Nice cafe, but bad service.

We were here for Dinner and it was amazing! The food, the waiter, the atmosphere, everything! I had the Tempura Prawn Bowl which was absolutely lovely, I would come back any day!

Went with a friend for brunch. 3 stars are for the prices really. Quality of the food was satisfying, however, there are many other places that serve very similar options with very similar quality at much lower prices (€4-€5 less). Would think twice before visiting again, unless I feel like spending extra money for no reason!

One of my favourite places in Limassol. I’ve tried the breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner and everything was always delicious. They have great options for people with dietary restrictions including vegan food. The service is always great.

My favourite place for brunch, with a nice and warm atmosphere! Great selection of food and drinks. Definitely recommending everyone to visit Jam.

Food is nice and tasty, but it is struggling that they don’t have more than half of the menu. Quite strange, when you order something, to hear “we don’t have it…. And we don’t have this and this and this” And it is not a busy time of the day

Very friendly staff, fast service!

Wait for the food was very long and overpriced, guess it's bit hyped up. Bf ordered poached eggs with salmon and asparagus on sesame bread which tasted ok. I ordered a cocoa oat bowl which had a hair in it. Got it replaced but another long wait to get my new bowl... sweet potato fries were very good though.

Always delicious food and nice atmosphere but sadly poor quality of drinks. I’ve just changed the “homemade lemonade” that was made with the lemonade syrup sold in supermarkets to a fresh orange juice, but the second drink came half diluted in water, which unacceptable for the prices they charge.

My boyfriend and I had brunch at Jam this morning and it was delicious. What really stood out and earned the 5th star was the quality service, provided by the friendly and attentive staff. Thank you, Jam! My only suggestion would be to change the metal seating to something more comfortable.

Great breakfast and brunch spot in old Limassol which makes it such a gem! Modern eclectic style place in a traditional setting! Food and presentation is great too. Takes a little while for the food to arrive but we were there on a busy Sunday morning so that could be it Enjoy!

Nice place but the food is very low quality and the quality of the service even lower!! Really disappointing!

The hypster little brother of the battered old-school kafana just across the road Jam is a classy bistro which doesn't tire you with overbearing service but whose wholesome plates need not less a serious sit-down to finish than those ones held by the patriarchs across the road

One of the best salads I've had in years! Try the braziliana and you won't regret it. Lovely frappe too

Food was delicious and the waiter (older gentleman)was very polite and accommodating. Location might not be the best and prices could be lower for the açai bowl that I tried. Great coffee. Would come back again. P.S arrive early on weekends for brunch as it gets very busy.

Visited this awesome place for dinner. Great location, great atmosphere, very friendly and professional staff, fast service, tasty food - the saffron risotto is a MUST try! Really worth not just one, but a thousand visits! Highly recommended! Keep up the good job guys :)

Food was not up to the usual standards of the restaurant. The burgers were dry and overpriced. I don’t recommend, there are many better options in limassol

What a sad place! All tables empty. I asked whether it was possible to have a coffee and breakfast. However this wasn’t possible due to the rude waitress at the door. According to her, all being booked. Behind her a totally empty place. Very poor experience

I always LOVE coming back to this place! The staff and the food is pe-rfect! Very clean and friendly vibes. I highly recommend it! Have in mind, it's a bit difficult to find free parking place and the men across the street were yelling all the time..

A plenty of choices (even vegan ones ). Excellent service. Reasonable prices!

Cosy, little place in the old town. Very quick, firendly and efficient service combined with tasty dishes for brunch, lunch and dinner. Definitely a place to stop by for a drink or something to eat when strolling around Limassol old town

Jam has the best brunch in Cyprus. It’s menu is fantastic, the service is great and the food is as good as Melbourne, the brunch capital of the world.

A nice quite place. breakfast is good, fast, decent food and great coffee. The place is nice in the evening with all the lights and relaxed atmosphere.

I like to have brunch there on and off. Great acai bowl, chia pudding, matcha latte. Coffee is too overroasted for me... Plant milk is Alpro Barista.

Maybe the best beetroot veggie burger you can find in Cyprus! Open for vegetarians and vegans! Also mist try the tahini pancakes. Highly recommended

Wonderful place. Had the prosciutto benedict and local brekkie and they were AWESOME. Coffee is also very good and staff is very friendly and do their best to fulfil your needs.

Nice place in a small and quiet side street with some vegan options. We had the vegan pancakes with chocolate tahini and the vegan chocolate oatmeal, it was unbelievably delicious. The staff is very friendly and also funny.

We love this place the food is soo good and the service excellent. It’s kind of quirky which is what we always look for. We’ll be back

A funky restaurant with beautiful atmosphere. Haven't been in such a place in Cyprus for a long time! Reminds you a little bit of abroad:) Delicious dishes, amazing for brunch and dinner!! Highly recommended!

Loved the food and atmosphere, definitely recommended. The flat white can be a bit stronger, it’s hard to find a good flat white in Limassol but this one has potential.

Chop Chop from the New menu isn't tasty at all — greens with dry Chinese noodles The atmosphere and guys were nice, but definitely should improve this strange dish

Amazing restaurant in the heart of the Old Town with a lot of options for brunch lunch and dinner. Must try the Jam burger and French kiss for dessert at brunch .

Great drinks. Food (brunch) tasted a bit dry unfortunately. Proper sauces may have helped. Staff was very friendly. We’ll come again and try their lunch menu.
