Do not call this company they TRY to hustle you into paying a ridiculous price. I called to get a quote and told the person on the other end what the issue was. My key was stuck (turning a full 180 degree) and the bolt was stuck. I asked numerous times for a quote. He told me he would have someone call me. When the person did call me, I explained to him the situations. He told he, couldn't give me a quote over the phone he need to see it. I told. him upfront, to please let me know as I want to know the price upfront before anything is done. 20 minutes later he came straight into the office and began unscrewing and fiddling with my keys, and lock. I asked him, how much he said "$175 and up." first he said, the lock is fine then he said, the lock needs to be changed $400 and up". I told him "No, that's too much I can't pay that." I told him, " I wasn't planning on paying more than $100". He then told me "No he can't do that. And no other locksmith would be that cheaper either." I replied, "that's OK i'll figure it out" He then wanted to get paid for removing my key and turning the lock so that the bolt would be in the correct position. I asked, how much for that, he replied, "well you were willing to pay $100, pay me that." I told him, you want to get payed $100 for removing my key, unscrewing and breaking my lock all in less that 5 minutes?" I ended up paying $20 told him to leave before I call the cops. I'm reporting this business to BBB. I also have video footage of this encounter. Be careful, with the reviews this place is a scam.

I was quite agitated, scared, and anxious. Within 30 minutes, a locksmith had arrived; he was cordial, helpful, and reassuring. Lock was changed immediately, and I was informed of the issue. The maltice lock wouldn't work on my second inner porch door because it was too low. At no additional cost, he checked out the door and drilled a hole in it so that both locks would work. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

They arrived on schedule and finished the work quickly and at a reasonable cost. Freddy was on hand to answer any queries. He was even able to supply employees for drywall repair and rotted timber that I was unaware of that they encountered. He takes great delight in completing a task that he is pleased with.
