Went to have 2 charms placed on my bracelet. I specifically asked the young lady not to put my bracelet in the pin finisher(due to having multiple retired charms I didn't want ruined) I always ask for this. She didn't type it in my receipt. So before I asked AGAIN she said yes maam I'll write it on there. We'll today I picked up my bracelet and my bracelet was put in the pin finisher. I advised the young lady who tells me " oh no sorry,well luckly none of them look like they were affected, maybe meet tome just ask the person to take the tome to jot it down". First of all I DID JUST THAT, NOT ONCE BUT 2 TIMES!!! I am so livid as there were several charms affected by this carelessness!!! I asked for the distict managers number as I will be reaching out to her first thing tomorrow. Do better James avery!!!

Yesterday I looking for a gift for my fiancee and wasnt sure what to get. Alexandria was kind enough to walk me through the cases and share some amazing ideas to help personalize it. I was very please with the customer service I recieved and will visit the stone oak location again. I asked her to speak to management to let them know she was doing a great job and she mention she was part of management. My fiancee loved her gift, thank you so much.

Was in the store this morning (5-4-18) walked around for almost 20 minutes waiting to be assisted. Not one of the staff greeted me or asked to assist me the entire time I was in the store. Brighton on the other hand, which is right down the street, was more than happy to accept my business. If your competition is that close you might want to work a little harder to keep customers in your store.....

Best James Avery location, been to others that have good ratings but didn't own up to the rating. But at this location, they are the best, Yvonne helped me out she is great greeted me with a friendly smile, knew right away what I was looking, after my poor description, she was a great help. Thank you Mrs. Yvonne keep up the great work.

Great place for sterling silver and gold jewelry that is reasonably priced, made in the USA and with various stores easily located throughout most US cities to include the internet. I do recommend that if you can visit their main workshop in Kerrville, Texas that you do so.

Great customer service! The workers there always make sure you are well attended. I've never had an employee mistreat me or give me attitude. The jewelry selection is great and they genuinely try their hardest to make sure you get what you came in for.

Had a wonderful experience today! I am a very indecisive person and Sara was very patience with me. It is very hard to find great customer service now a days and this place has it.

So happy this location opened back up! Skylar was so helpful in answering all my questions and helping me send pictures to my out of state sister!
