My daughter. her boyfriend and I had a superb experience today! We were welcomed by friendly staff, and Ms. Katie provided exceptional customer service. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the merchandise which helped my daughter and her boyfriend to make the best decision for them. Ms. Katie listened to their needs and asked the appropriate questions. They left very satisfied with their purchase! It was a pleasant experience. No pressure to buy. Ms Katie was focused on making sure that my daughter was getting exactly what she wanted and within the budget that her boyfriend was comfortable with. All the staff at Jared's Memorial City were helpful and efficient. I highly recommend them when shopping for engagement rings because they were very personable and provided the best customer service; and of course, for the numerous options of high quality jewelry from which to chose. My daughter and her boyfriend visited another well known jewelry store before visiting Jared's. That well known jewelry store did not provide the level of customer service that Jared's provided. The well known jewelry store did not ask about what they were shopping for, if there was a budget, nor did they point out the options of merchandise and where to look. Needless to say, that shopping experience was brief and Jared's got our business.

I went on my lunch break, so I am limited on time. Ms Patricia helped me. It took her a while to find the item I took in the computer and her iPad. I patiently waited and tried to help her by getting her dates and store location. So The bracelet that I needed a clasp adjusted. It was not broken. I asked for a quote since I would like to be able to wear my bracelet. Does not have warranty and was willing to pay. She told me $200. Ok fine no problem.the 2nd item My ring needed to be redipped since it’s white gold and turned yellow. Plus it was crooked. She never asked me what I wanted she just went and started to clean it. I told her it’s crooked and need to be fixed. She didn’t notice since she was in such a rush. She pulled it out and created the ticket. What really pissed me off is that she said I have to go and pick up my grandkids (I understand im a mom and a grandma) She was putting off my stuff on uncle Bob, Which by the way he is AMAZING. My bracelet clasp was not broken. He cleaned it and adjusted the clasp. He actually payed attention to what I said. Not broken but it’s loose. So 5 stars for Uncle Bon and a 0 for Patricia.

Working with Luis was a definite pleasure. His personality was amazing. He explained he was just sales support which was a huge shocker being the fact his personality was better and bigger than anybody who we seen in the store both days we shopped. He most definitely deserves a raise and a higher position with his talents, communication, recommendations and once again amazing personality. If it wasn’t for him I couldn’t say the experience would have been as great which is a huge deal being this was one of the most important purchase me and my soon to be husband have made. If you go to Jared remember to ask for Luis ! He will not disappoint! Marcus who was are sales person also did a great job of course but this review is more so for Luis because I feel as thorough he deserves the extra thanks because even when he turned us over to Marcus he stayed with us throughout the entire process. I've gotten my promise ring, wedding ring, necklaces, and diamond bracelet. Plus whenever I needed fixing on my rings from exercising or a fixing on my necklace due to our son pulling on it as a baby-they made it right! I can recall going in for my inspection on my platinum wedding ring and thank God I did bc it literally was going to break due to excessive wear and tear. Jared jewelers are truly knowledgeable and treat you like royalty. Love it wouldn't go anywhere else! Get the warranty its worth every penny!!

Repaired beautifully after my first experience. I went in to size my wedding rings due to arthritis. The nice uneducated salesman gave me a price to size both rings. I agreed and was horrified upon pickup. My exquisite rings were spread without adding any gold!!! Ruined rings. The jeweler on attendance was equally horrified. He did nothing but offer me a small discount to repair the damage. I was subsequently called by Diego the assistant manager, who asked me to return. He replaced the ruined shank immediately. I just picked up my rings. Thank you for responding and repairing my rings so beautifully.

I went in the store to look at wedding rings and Mati was excellent. She was very professional and explained everything. There were no high pressure sales tactics. I decided to wait to buy a ring until I shopped around some more. I decided to come back and purchase my ring from this store after seeing the level of unprofessionalism, lack of general knowledge of diamonds, and lack of basic customer service I found at other jewelry stores. Mati was off the day I returned but Jeremy helped me and man am I glad I returned. It was a great overall experience. I highly recommend this store!!!!

Robert/Uncle Bob was so very helpful upon picking up my ring from being repaired! Even though my engagement ring was custom designed here, and my husband and I have been back for two inspections, at no point did we ever receive tips on basic care - until today with Robert! I'm a total clutz and this is my first expensive piece of jewelry. Caring for it is important to me and he took time to share great information with us that no one else up until this point had. Bonus: he was so sweet! I can tell he truly cares about his craft. He is a gem!

My husband did not purchase my ring at the Memorial location and we have other Jared locations closer to us, but after we came to the Memorial location once for my ring Inspection and met Robert (Uncle Bob) we were NEVER going to any other location!!! He is the DIAMOND DOCTOR and provides EXTRAORDINARY service! Uncle Bob remembers all his clients even if you've only been in once or twice! He is the reason we drive out of our way to bring our business to this location and any future purchases will only be at this location!

After doing some research online I was ready to purchase my first Tissot Supersport Chrono watch. There were many Unauthorized Dealers that were selling the watch for a lower price but none of them offered the direct warranty from Tissot that Jared Jewelry was able to sign me up for. Markus and Sal were very helpful and made my watch purchasing experience very pleasant. They are very knowledgeable about the products and were even able to give me a small discount at the end. We will definitely be back for future purchases!

Derek and Diego were the jewelers for me and my fiancée! They were incredibly helpful throughout the process of creating a custom engagement ring for my fiancée and have done beautifully! Great service! Alma helped me out. I had to get my ring inspected and it turned out that my diamond was loose, however, it was going to take the next day for pick up. Robert (Uncle Bob) assisted me with getting my engagement ring resized and I can honestly say I’ve never received better service! He explained the entire process so thoroughly and you can definitely tell he knows what he’s doing. Robert, a.k.a. Uncle Bob, helped me get a watch I had purchased online fitted despite my husband not being present. He was patient and super helpful with devising a way to convert his wrist size to the number of brackets we needed removed. Throughout the whole process he was very reassuring, and we ultimately figured things out with a ruler and a rubber band. He didn’t have to be so accommodating, but he definitely went above and beyond all expectations!

K was the sales associate who assisted me while upgrading my chain for my necklace. Not only did she help find me a good quality chain in my price range she helped assist with transferring my warranty and overall made the experience painless and a smooth transition for the satisfaction of the customer. Alma, who helped me with my jewelry repair was very professional and courteous. She took good care of what I was needing and recommended what needed to be done. When it was time to pick up my jewelry, she was there to help once again. Robert Brambhatt (in the jewelry repair department) is a gem! (No pun intended). He is efficient and really knows his stuff. We come to Jared’s - more for repairs than purchases. Lucky for us, Bob is always there and fixes our issue on the spot. Last week we bought new wedding rings to honor our 40th anniversary. So it was good for Jared’s and great for us to see Bob! Alma was amazing! Not only did she help resize my wedding ring, she gave us great tips for how to better clean and care for our jewelry. Alma took her time helping us (my husband and I) and even checked to see if our other jewelry we purchased there, needed to be brought in for maintenance. We ended up buying new jewelry pieces too because we were so happy with her service and knowledge!

I was very impressed with the service provided today by Alma Flores, she was very friendly and helpful and let me know the various ways Jared could help me with new jewelry, any repairs, appraisals and she is taking care of having my jewelry that is under their service program cleaned and check that the settings are secure. All I can say is Robert was amazing. I broke a diamond out of my wedding band and he made it seem like it was the easiest fix. In April 2018 my husband bought my Natalie K engagement ring from Jared and it’s absolutely gorgeous. We came back last weekend for my band and Jennifer was amazing she helped me with my band, fix a ring that took shape to my finger and had them shorten a bracelet. She was amazing the entire time and I will continue to work with her for anything in the future.

Came into Jared today in order to clean my fiancée engagement ring and Alma Flores was super helpful in inspecting the ring prior to cleaning it as it has never been inspected since the original purchase. I came in from out of town with my wedding ring that had a loose center stone. Alma helped me at the repair center and was able to get it fixed for me same day while I was in town so I didn’t have to come all the way back another day. She was so helpful and very polite. Unfortunately I didn't even recieve a hello. My wife loves the LeVian collection and since Valentines is around the corner it was perfect opportunity to purchase. My intent was to purchase not to browse. But it was noticeable that my attire didn't align with their ideal customer. I will not be back to this location.

I needed to have my watchband shortened by 4 links and the jeweler known as Uncle Bob helped me out. This was done quickly and beautifully. I also received information on how to care for my watch to keep it waterproof under certain conditions. With this wonderful service I look forward to visiting Jared again!

I come every 6 months to get my ring inspection done and every-time it’s such a great experience. Alma is usually the one there and she is the sweetest and most cheerful person to interact with. Son Le at shop 9290 was amazing!! I came in needing a resizing and they said their usual wait time was a couple of days but I wasn’t from Houston and leaving the next morning, so they were able to help me and got my ring resized in 15 minutes! They were also so nice!!! Such a great experience!
