We were so excited to go to get a new diamond ring for my birthday. My husband & I decided Jared was the place to go! Upon arrival you need to ring the doorbell to be let into the showroom. Understandable in this day and age... We were met with a sales lady who I won't mention by name... At first everything was going well. She showed us multiple diamonds within our budget $3000-$5000. She also told us about lab created diamonds that I was quite against. I just wanted a "real" diamond. We were going to replace the diamond in my setting. This was all very exciting... I was ready to pull the trigger after looking at many diamonds & even new settings... UNTIL this sales person said, "Yes, your current diamond is quite ugly." I actually let out a gasp and said to my husband... "She just called my diamond ugly!" She says it again.... "I'm sorry but it is an ugly diamond." I was so offended and in shock... Granted, my ring may not have been a million dollar shiney diamond..... but it is the ring we could afford at the time and I have been wearing it for approximately 10 years... To have someone so blatantly be so rude really hurt my feelings. I said I had to think about it... we'd go for lunch and come back if we wanted to proceed. Until that horribly rude & distasteful comment I was all for making the sale! But that comment stung and I was upset by it.... So back to Zales where I've never been treated badly & always purchased amazing jewelry. Maybe next time think about what you are saying to make that sale/commission.... This was hurtful and degrading to be told the ring I had on my finger for 10+ years was ugly. We won't be returning nor recommending Jared to anyone.

Absolutely besides myself, about a year and a half ago I started shopping for my wife’s engagement ring. I found myself at Jared(North Rainbow) purchasing the ring and thought to myself, “I found my jewelry store!” I did a lot of research and they had been in town forever. I’m from Las Vegas so finding a newer store with a long lasting, good reputation was key. When it came time to purchasing our wedding bands for the ceremony of course we went to Jared. Fast forward about 11 months. The ring never fit correctly but due to the date of pick up and ceremony it never got it sized. So we took it in to be sized. The ring came with a satin finish from the factory(I hated shiny bands). When I went to pick up the ring they had polished the factory satin finish off and handed me a shiny polished band. The store manager attempted to help me but ultimately told me I would have to surrender my ring(which has sentimental value) in exchange for a new one. After explaining that I could not do that and it’s not just a ring but my WEDDING ring. His response was, “You can either exchange it or we can send it to get refinished but will not look like it did before.” For a store to ruin a piece of wedding jewelry and not attempt to make it right is crazy!!!!! Shop somewhere else!!!!! UPDATE- Management/corporate ended up rectifying situation. Which would definitely make me consider returning

So I came into the store on 5/17 to purchase a set of Leo, 2 carat diamond earrings looked at a Leo Anniversary brands, and finally a watch for my husband bday. Frank the associate was here to help with a wonderful warm inviting greeting and huge smile. He has amazing customer service, was willing to go above and beyond to make me happy and make the moment a special occasion. He offered to clean my rings and inspect them in when she found a few issues we sent them out and he promised to have them back on May 22 right before I left to Miami for vacation for the hubby’s b-day! I came back on the 22nd and purchase the new blue angels watch before I left on my flight. He was not in a rush to make a sale, but he was adamant about having me fall in love with the piece, keeping me happy, he truly treating me like family and in return it made me purchase pieces from his store! I will be a loyal and returning customer due to Frank because of his character, personality, morals and values. I give the store a five star rating but I gave him a 10 star rating because he truly is a rockstar to lead his team on any occasion 365 days out of the year. Thank you, Ann Marie Flores

Geralyn is so awesome. I met with her about 6 months ago with my wife to be and we chose some options in their lab diamond collection and my fiancé(soon to be, haven’t proposed yet) and I fell in love with one of the rings. I told them that all I need is a month to be ready. Unfortunately, it went over that. Geralyn, kept in touch with me. Wasn’t pushy at all and was very patient with me. So, I would say about 9 months it took me to come back and take a look at my options. She told me about a new promotion in which I can get a discount on the ring that we wanted. I was so ecstatic because I finally was in a position to commit to purchasing this ring. We tried some finance options that did not work out but she was always thinking of ways we can get this done. My husband and I have been going to Jared's for over 12 years after having a very negative experience at another jeweler here in the valley. Our first time in we met Liza, a sales associate and she helped us to correct the problem we had from a failed sizing on my engagement ring. Fast forward from then, and now Liza is the manager and our sales person of choice on any visit we make. We have had a couple of custom pieces done through their design center, been to Levian shows and have had a professional appraisal done, all with Liza right by our side, making sure everything went smoothly. We have purchased too many pieces to mention, but always have had the best customer service from Liza and her staff. I would highly recommend using the Jared's at Lake Mead and Rainbow as your jeweler of choice with Liza as your preferred sales associate.

Mother’s Day is around the corner and I went into Jared to buy a gift for my mother-in-law. I had a gift card that has some funds on it so I wanted to apply that to my purchase. For some reason, there is an issue with my gift card and Cameron and Sussy did just about everything to figure out what was going on. I waited about 20 minutes and Cameron was able to figure out what had happened to my gift card. It ended up working out because the earrings I was going to purchase for kid size and my mother-in-law would not have enjoyed that. Thankfully there was some earrings on the side that I did like so much better and I ended up purchasing those. I am so thankful for Cameron and Sussy. Amazing people!

We have about a year until our wedding, so finding our wedding bands were not a top priority. We saw this Jared location driving through town and decided to stop by to take a quick look. I had no idea what I was looking for and I am so indecisive, but Doug and Carol were so incredibly patient and helpful. I must have tried some of everything lol but I am so glad we stopped by. We started coming to Jared nearly 15 years ago and had a fantastic experience with Gerilyn. I had the pleasure of working with Cameron this time around and between them both, I will always be a Jared customer. I have to give extra praise to Cameron particularly for all of his help on my past few visits. Cameron is amazing. Truly. I am kind of an indecisive brat and went back and forth on a BEAUTIFUL ring, but it wasn’t quite perfect. He worked with me on something I know I’ll be happier with. Husband started buying jewerly at this location in 2013. We've even had custom pieces made with great satisfaction. I'm nothing special to look at but have never felt judged. I have not been into a jewelry store that hasn’t made me feel uneducated, until now! G, was very knowledgeable and patient. It can be an intimidating experience to go from store to store to hopefully obtain accurate information on your purchase. There were a few questions I had and, you guessed it, G answered them all and left me without a doubt in my mind about the purchase of something important. I went to Carol! Jared has a great selection but so does Kay, Zales, and every other big jeweler. What those other jewelers don’t have is Carol! She was incredibly helpful in picking out my engagement/wedding bands and was so flexible working around my crazy travel schedule. She kept in touch with me through all promotions and made sure she found me exactly what I wanted at the best price possible. I’ll never go to another jewelry store again as long as Carol is working here. 10/10 experience.

Jared is the place to go if you like watches like I do. This particular location made me feel welcome. I have been to other Jewelry stores and typically feel judged but not here. I stopped in to get a pin replaced in my Tag and these guys were great. I was actually surprised that they were able to find one to fit. While one worked on my watch the other showed me around the watches. They have some of my favorite brands Tag, Tissot, and now Oris. I will defiantly be back for an Oris.

Went to Jared looking for a chain necklace and Cameron was the most helpful, well spoken, and very knowledgeable manager.
