I came in to get gel polish soaked off and a regular polish manicure. I normally go to another salon but it's a bit of a drive and I wanted to try this place out since it's close by. I do not understand what happened, I was told to sit at a station and the nail tech never came over even though she wasn't working on anyone or doing anything. Then she comes over and started dremeling my gel off and taking it down too far, to my natural nail. She got my finger which hurt. Then I told her I didn't want her to take the polish off with the dremel, I wanted it soaked off. Then the lady that welcomed me asked if I had dip or gel. I told her gel. Then I was asked like three more times if I had gel on for some reason, like they didn't believe me or something. So she scuffed up my nails with the dremel and put the foil on with acetone to soak. Then a different nail tech sat in front of me and started pulling the foil off and brought out the dremel again. I pulled my hands back and said "I don't feel comfortable, I'm leaving". The woman that greeted me came over and said they were going to dremel the polish off, and I said "I don't understand she just put the foils on and now they're being removed and I already said I don't want the dremel" (It was like 30 seconds later from foils being put on to another tech coming over and taking them off) I left and went to my normal salon where they soaked the gel and filed with a normal file. The two nails Jasmine Nail Spa dremeled the polish off completely hurt, the rest of my fingers done at my normal place do not. Very bizarre experience.

I’m 68 years old so I’ve had my very thin, easy to tare, flimsy nails done about 1000 times (literally , do the math) And I feel terrible upstaging “my girl” back home who does outstanding nails, pedicures, waxing, facials etc. But… I’ve got to share when I run across a “find”. Jasmine’s nails are hands down the best I’ve ever found. Her store is spotless, her staff is kind and personable, and… the best part. She’s fast. If I could drop my hands off to have my nails done, and pick them up later, I would! She doesn’t sacrifice quality for efficiency and I appreciate that. Such a great experience for an essential service I have on my calendar every two weeks. Highly recommend this salon.

This place seems only concerned with money. They overbook and even with an appointment you have to wait at least 30 minutes and sometimes more as they never turn away walk ins . The quality of the pedicure is very bad. They rush it and I paid extra for the peeler but she rushed it and I came home with still rough areas and polish was put on very quickly and she did not clip around my cuticle so it looks like I did my pedicure myself definitely not professional . It’s clear that the owner just wants to do a high volume but cares nothing about the skill or professionalism of the staff I will not go back next time I will go to San Marco nails .

My girlfriend and I went in before a vacation. They took us in near closing time which was very kind of them. They ended up staying over closing time to make sure they didn’t miss anything and did not short us at all. The shop was really clean and pleasant. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Katie was fantastic! I would recommend her. I am not sure of the names who my girlfriend had but they were very good as well. She said it was her best mani/pedi she’s gotten. Definitely worth trying them out. Great location for San Marco and nearby residents.

The techs were really nice, but the quality of my pedicure and my friends pedicure was rushed. The polish wasn’t applied with much pride. There’s a lot of unpolished edges, there’s still old polish that was supposed to be removed. My friends polish smeared off despite us sitting under the fans for 30 minutes. Despite it being a very convenient location to my house, I will not be returning.

I’ve been going to Jasmine for a few months now, and she’s definitely one of the best in the area (especially for those who love nail art)! Jasmine can pull off any design you bring her. Jasmine is quick and detail oriented, not to mention her and all the other girls are super sweet! The prices are very affordable as well. I’m so happy about her new salon opening, book an appointment now!!

Salon is pretty. But 18$just to change my toe nail polish is ridicules. 45 for a full set was reasonable. But they are not put on that great. Lots of unpolished edges and bits I’ll have to remove my self later. I have had worse sets, but I have definitely had way better sets out on. Tried them out cause they are close to my house. Will not be back tho.

Just had my nails done here for the first time. And it was, pun intended “hands-down”, the best experience I’ve ever had. The place itself is spotless, everyone there obviously loves working there, and the actually quality of my nails, and the suggestions given created a better experience than I’ve ever had at any other salon in my 44 years. A+.

First time visiting this salon! The staff was amazing, so welcoming and helpful. I loved my nails…only issue is my gel manicure started lifting/peeling after just a week. I get gel manicures often and they typically last two weeks or more so I was a little disappointed and the bathroom was very dirty…other than that this is a great place!

I just had a pedicure done! My girl that did mine was on point & perfect! That's saying alot because I have had the best of the best around the world do this type of thing for me! I was so relaxed by the time I left, I was ready for a long, almost summer time nap! ~ Excellent! …

I was so excited for my first pedicure after having a baby. I was very disappointed with my experience, as I didn’t receive a foot or leg massage with my pedicure. I was offered a $5 discount.

I've been looking for a place that can do everything they SAY they can and this is it!! My nails were perfect, everyone is so nice, it's a pretty place also! So worth it …

This salon is wonderful! Jasmine is great. My first gel manicure with her lasted 5 full weeks. She takes pride in her work and leaves you with healthy and beautiful nails.
