I would give a zero but that's not possible so I'm giving it a one I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting this salon and I cannot express how disappointed I am with their services. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that professionalism was nowhere to be found. The staff appeared disinterested and unskilled, leaving me with a botched manicure that a ten year old could have done better themselves. Not only were the technicians unqualified, but the hygiene standards were also questionable. The tools seemed old and not properly sanitized, which raised serious concerns about health and safety. The whole experience was uncomfortable and unsanitary. Furthermore, the nail polish they used began chipping within a day, showing a complete lack of quality products. I left the salon feeling like I had wasted both my time and money. I strongly advise anyone considering a visit to this salon to think twice and explore other options. This salon falls far short of basic standards and does a disservice to its customers. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this place.

Well….I decided to get my bridal makeup in this salon and this decision was made my day i.e., 11 feb that was my big day. The cooperative staff and their effort is really noteworthy. I got great services and experienced wonderful work and services. I must say that the services and the ambience are homely here. Swati di and her team did their best at my wedding day. She made me look so adorable and gave me similar look that I was looking for. Everyone appreciated my looks. I would love to recommend this salon to everyone. I had my brother's wedding on 17th Feb in Lucknow and we are residing in Delhi so we were searching for good salons in Lucknow and then we came across this branch of Jawed Habib and we booked them for hairstyling and a makeup and when we reach there they made us feel very comfortable and took very good care of us and most importantly our belongings. I had a great experience here, Asha Auntyji is really professional with her work. She treated me according to my hair and skin type and took care of every need. The staff is co- operative and well trained, they take care of all customer queries and requirements. The services offered are value for money. They also offer discounts on services. Overall, I had a great time there and would totally recommend it!

The team is very hospital and patient while doing their job. Pragya gave me a very beautiful makeup and she has a very sweet nature towards her clients. She listens all the requirements of the clients very patiently till they are satisfied with their makeup. I would recommend this place for makeup as they will make your major events memorable with the perfect pictures.

We are 8 people and come for services like makeup and hairs.....The owner of the Salon ....Ms. Swati....gr8 soul she is ...she manages so well....I would thank pragya,Naina,Asha, Aayeshf,Anurag ,Sam ,faizam and little boy Gaurav ....they all accommodate us so well...we belong to mumbai and never felt services like even there...kudos to the team

Hair cut is very nice by Anurag, very professional . but team is unable to suggest what suits on face what ever idea u gave they just apply the same . So if you want some new hairstyle experiment and suggestion on your hair style you are going to dissapoint at this point It is same like other palors whatever u say they will do

I went for a keratin treatment of my hair, am satisfied with the service they provided completely. I gave a 4 star rating in place of the 5 stars just because the experts doing such treatments should also make the customer aware of all the do's and don'ts for after such treatments. Otherwise they did a great job …

Visited here for very sever hairfall and with very thin hair. Anurag and team checked and found dandruff issue so they suggest spa treatment with haircut. Get it done all and I am very satisfied with the haircut and the way they treated me. Thank you Anurag.

I have visited Habi twice for basic part makeup, met Pragya she is extremely qualified and well behaved. I am really happy with the service she provided, a light makeup with a very clean finishing in a very short time.

Please give more incentives to your staff rather than keeping them on fixed pay. I feel a variable payment system for the staff would motivate them to serve the customers more professionally.
