I give 3 stars. The short girl with the short dark hair was wonderful. New hairs styles, her brands and even loves some of the shirt prints herself. The other 2 young girls, on 3 seperate occasions over the last 4 to 8 weeks I have left the store feeling awkward, insecure and uncomfortable. Yelling, loosing their cool, disrespecting other customers by soaking the store in their immaturity

I just wanted to say a Big Thank -you to Troy & Kirsten from Jay Jays Cranbourne store these two went over and above there job descriptions to help me get my hoodies. Their customer service was amazing and so refreshing as it is hard these days to get any service at times in any shop. Would recommend shopping in this store Friendly with Awesome service!! I had a lovely girl named Sarah help me out. Love her style! They only had a few things in my size being plus size but she took time and helped me find what I was looking for and I left with two tops and tank that I absolutely love!

Went there 8/1/22 had a lovely experience. Good prices and lovely lass who helped us and had a good knowledge of the store and future items. Very approachable and didn't feel intimidated like I do some stores.

Going into Jay jays to buy my boy tank tops what a bargain brought 4 for $50. They were $12.50 each ,this was after seeing in stores selling tank top $30 or more what a bargain very happy

Love the staff & the clothing here,unfortunately none it fits me cos they dont stock extra fat but my granddaughter loves it !

They have nice summer collection and the prices are reasonable.. friendly and helpful staff.. recommended.
