Amazing staff that explained to us their offer clearly, showed us their anime products since I was interested in them and I didn't know they had them. Was very easy to discuss about anime with the staff and felt cared after, the entire time while not be overwhelmed. Left happy after my purchase and would definitely return. The dandenong Jay Jays was better, in my opinion, in comparison to the Southland's Jay Jays that did help at the cashier desk but were mainly discuss to themselves.

Great store. The range is always great, the store is always clean and tidy. The service is always amazing. I find the staff very cheerful, polite and helpful. Almost always, I walk out with a shopping bag even when I was am not intending to buy and I'm just looking.

Good customer service. They have some really good items of clothing. Was planning on just browsing, but ended up buying. Prices can be a little pricey on some things, but they often have pretty good sales.

I have one the the most positive customer service experience a few weeks ago when bought some jeans and shirts. I can remember he young ladies name but she was amazing and very helpful.

Lady working in day shift with glasses was so rude looks like she hates the job strongly don’t recommend at all
