<<> Last Saturday, I had a rather horrible day shopping at Highpoint. I felt judged at Peter Jackson when the 3 staff didn't even bother look at me as I wanted to buy something for my husband. I walked past Jay Jay and the staff at the entrance, a young lady by the name of Emily greeted me with the BIGGEST smile that I have not seen for a long time! To be honest she was wearing a mask! but I could feel her energy and her kindness and the sparkle in her eyes! She showed me all the stocks available and even what is on special! I didn't end up buying anything, but I came home with a full heart of love and gratitude! I haven't felt this respected and treated so kindly by a staff member like this before and I didn't even buy ANYTHING! To be honest, I think Jay Jay staff really deserve a round of applause and we definitely need more kind people like this in our world! Thank you Jay Jay!

At 8:45 pm 24th of Jan 2019, my family and I went to jay jays at highpoint to buy cloths, my wife tried some clothes on, when she came out of the fitting room, 2 ladies from jay jays came to the fitting room of my wife and were asking where is the dress. I showed her the dress and told her to speak politely with the customer and we are not stealing. she told me to leave the store if you are not happy. I’m a very sorry for jay jays manager because I’m a long time customer but when this happened I’m never going here again because the customer service are very disrespectful.

Was very disappointed as me and my son were not allowed to enter the shop yesterday because we could not electronically check in. I was ready to leave our details on paper but the the lady who worked there said I should download an app, and that's it. She sounded very unpleasant and rude. We were not asked to do this in any other shops. Hence, this looked like the sales person was using her own preferences on who you allow to enter and who is not allowed. If this is a company policy, jayjays will not be my shopping destination any more.

I got served today by a young lady named Bonnie. I could not make my mind up between 2 tops I liked for a 90's themed party I'm having for the weekend and she was really helpful. She helped me find my size and helped me pick out the best tops for me. She was really friendly and had amazing customer service. 10/10 customer service by Bonnie. She deserves a bonus or pay raise. Thank you for your patience and amazing customer service Bonnie. I will be back. I'm very happy :)

Went in to get some new shirts, and was helped by two lovely girls, Ebony and Jot. They helped me pick out some really good ones and didn't even make it feel as if their time was being wasted helping somebody out at all! 10/10 would recommend coming here if you're not exactly sure on what you're after!

Apart from having some nice clothes, the girl who works there treats you like you're trying to pick her up or something. I asked her if they had an item of clothing and she replied with a smartass remark and with a 'does it look like we have that' face. Get better staff

I went to Jays Jays and the top said ' buy 2 ' equals $15 each right, got to the counter and the lady said ' it's $30.00 ' I'm like what ? " If u buy one is 15' me and sister were mad bc it said buy 2 is $15 each

We absolutely loved our shopping experience here. Shout-out to Bonnie, she was a great help and was so kind, and helped us chose shirts for my young son and pick from the available options. She was of great help.

Saw Maddy at highpoint last week for jeggings, and then this week again when I had to swap sizes. They were absolutely lovely, so helpful, so friendly, and made my visit a breeze! Thank you Maddy!

Staff were not too fussed on customer service compared to other jayjays stores I have visited. Plenty of variety to choose from. Prices are more than reasonable.

Great boxing day sales, very busy store. Unable to see any staff for assistance during the busy period.
