I have always had anxiety going into stores like Jay Jays cause while I love the clothes I can never find my size. Alyssa was so helpful in directing me to the right places and was so assuring that it’s okay to be more then a size L and still be able to find clothes that cater for the plus size. She also directed me to the website and thanks to her I now have a parcel of Jay Jays clothing being delivered to me. I always get anxiety going into these stores and she made the experience so wonderful with her kind personality and accepting attitude. Can’t wait to go shop again

Good store although try and do a return with money back and not a store credit your basically treated like a criminal.. Fill in a refund book and explain why you don't want it. Then because it was purchased on a credit card I had to produce a credit card and not get my money back in cash. Surely has to be better than that.

Long due review to the staff here. At Jay Jays, the team are realllly helpful, curteous and always go out of their way to exceed their job description. Going in there, you'll be taken aback by the amazing service and because of that alone, you won't regret splurging your money there. :)

So I wanted some baggy style clothes and I didn’t know what clothes were baggy and this employee name I believe it was Nida, she was so kind and nice to help me find what I need. Eventually I found the ideal clothes I needed and the song

Great prices when on sale. The sales staff are attentive and very helpful. Not pushy at all. They were willing to help my daughter find the tshirts she was looking for.

Ellissa was super helpful and made great conversation! She chatted about different anime and was super helpful when explaining sales and sizing of different items :)

The male employee that helped us with our shopping was very nice and we chatted alot about spongebob and we need more people in the shopping industry to be like him❤

Went in there today (Melbourne cup day ) found the service outstanding she was willing to find what I needed more than happy to go back to that shop grab more stuff
