Bad customer service, went to ask a question and got told to go on a website instead and research about it, unwilling to help. Rude staff that I talked to since he just shooed me away, was a bad experience since the staff also didn't listen to what I was trying to say politely, I was not happy afterwards. Not going there again

Usually very happy with the service but yesterday (Sunday) the staff were not up to the task. The young guy hardly spoke, kept us waiting, and couldn't find what we asked for. While friendly the girl didn't know how to set up trade which is disappointing. Hopefully this is a once off and they can be provided more training

They treat people with malice, I bought the bulbs and they told me they have 12 month warranty, and when I came after 8 months because the bulbs stopped working, they didn't accept to replace it. I do not advise anyone to deal with them.
