Bought a improperly cut pair of jeans from another Jeaswest store months ago. Today I rang customer service after agonising over whether to say something about it (was uncomfortable to wear compared to my other pair which is the same style). They told me to bring it into my local store for an exchange. I just wanted to thank manager Amy and her staff who looked after me and made sure the jeans I left with today fitted properly and I was happy with it. Feels good to have excellent customer service and happy to have great fitting jeans.

Very neat store, high quality clothes and incredibly kind staff. Super helpful and supportive, even helped me with their online store when I had account login problems. Very trustworthy. I 100% recommend.

Today I went into the Lilydale store to buy some new jeans. I can't tell you how lovely the experience was! Great, down-to-earth service from the two women in their today. 5 stars.

Just called into this store, it's 5.25, sign on shuttered entrance say back at 6.15, guess what, I'm not waiting over 3/4 of an hour... I'll head to The Glen...
