Thanks to the team at Jefferson Dental clinics in Fort worth. Special thanks to Doctor Singh and her assistants Kalina and Ashley .To start the office was very nice and clean. There was little to no wait time, the front desk ladies answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel confident in the steps needed to get my dental health where it needs to be . They also help with suggestions on covering dental cost and make sure that you recieve what ever care you need . I was nervous for the whole process of teeth removal and replacement, but Doctor singh made me feel so welcome and reassured me throughout the process. When i needed a hand to grab Kalina was there, she constantly ask how i was doing throughout the process, she allowed me to listen to my music to get my thoughts off the process . Thanks for working along with doctor and making it a smooth process for me . It was not a painful process at all once i realized that all i needed to do was relax . I got great advise from Ashley as well as far as home care ,and getting used to and my new journey with my new smile ,she had nothing but positive feedback for me . Thanks Doctor Singh for taking the time to explain to me The dental treatments that I needed and the steps that I needed to get there, also explaining You're work throughout the process. She takes the Time to understand each patient case by Case to ensure the best results. She also has a very welcoming spirit that reassures you that you are in good hands. Special thanks to K.J as well for educating me on my overall teeth health, and explaining the condition they are currently in.He also did my laser treatment witch was not painful at all,and my deeping cleaning , I look forward to my next cleaning. I got my new smile in 2 weeks as they promised. I was so nervous to get my teeth pulled wondering if my smile would ever be the same. Let me tell you they made it better, not just from a cosmetic point of view, but from a health aspect as well. Talk about giving some their confidence back ,I have taken over 50 pictures within the 1st week of my new smile .I am forever grateful for an amazing team from the front desk all the way back to the doctor. Everyone has such a great spirit ,and a welcoming attitude .I will definitely be a returning client for all my scheduled cleanings and any other dental work needed . Oh not to mention my new perfect smile came from a 3-D scan. Shoutout to Anthony my 3-D scan was complete in less than 5 minutes. My 16-year old Twins are receiving Dental and Orthodontic Services from this Location. I noticed over half of the Administrative Staff are pretty young in age (under 25), and makes a lot of Communication, Internal Processing, and Record-Keeping errors. However, in spite of their errors, the Staff are very nice and Professional. I believe with proper continued Training of the Staff, they will be a 5-Star Exceptional Team! My Twins are receiving Orthodontal Services, where they are having Braces installed. Samantha and Melissa are the Dental Assistants, and Dr. Shin is the Orthodontist. I absolutely love Dr Shin! He treats his patients with relatable kindness, causing my children to feel like he was their friend. I loved that Dr. Shin shared common interest of Anime with my child. I was delighted to see them carry on in friendly discussion and laughter. I felt comfortable with Dr. Shin performing Ortho Services in my children. In addition, I feel that Samantha and Melissa was equally exceptional. I appreciated the young Ladies educating me and my daughter on the procedure they were Assisting in performing, and also educating my daughter on how to care for her teeth with the braces applied. Overall, the entire Grand Plaza Team at 4200 S. Freeway was very nice people, however, the Administrative Staff needs more Training. I do recommend others to receive Services from this Location, just be patient with the Administrative Staff.

I just wanted to say at first working here was great but just like all clinics that are under the regional manager Dr. Shilpi are very UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They hired a girl from chick fil a across the street to help at one of the clinics because they didn’t have anyone. There was also a hand drill and a burr thrown into one of the cabinets in another clinic. The DA’s are great. All the hirer ups such as the manager and the REGIONAL manager need to be checked. Yes they have you there for almost 4 hours for a simple check up at times just for them not to do any treatment. The regional manager Dr shilpi is very unprofessional and is not understanding when it comes to the people that work under her.I’m not the only one here that feels they can’t voice how they feel because if you do they will fire you or right you up. Manager only wants to convert for the money and they don’t care for patient care as they say they do !! Like I said first hand , you can come here to get any treatment but it is not worth spending your time and energy . They do not care for their employees meaning the regional manager Dr. Shilpi, so not a great place to work. I spent so much time giving my all here and felt very disappointed with how they treated me as an employee I can only imagine how a patient here would feel. Since me being here hygienists and dentist have walked away and so many other people because they lack respect for employees.

Beware. Come here at your own risk for any major dental issues. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I had a terrible tooth that was infected with a lot of facial swelling. They talked me into trying to save the tooth with a root canal. After a lot of digging and excruciating pain, a procedure that should’ve been 20 minutes seemed like hours went by. Before they start mind you that I was in a lot of pain and on pain meds, they had someone talk to me about braces. Now she was very sweet and just doing her job, but their tactics are like car salesmen. A week went by after the procedure and my swelling had increased due to the infection which they only prescribed me a z-pack to take that I normally get for a sinus infection. I went back to ask what was happening as my pain had increased and was told it was normal. I ended up going to another dentist just to be told they performed a root canal on a tooth that couldn’t be saved and the infection was still present and now in my bloodstream. I had to double up on stronger antibiotics and have the tooth surgically extracted which cost me even more. Now I’m being told that I have to pay a restocking fee for braces I never started for a tooth they wanted to save. My face is still tender near my upper cheek and sinus area from the root canal, weeks later. I would never go here again. The infection could’ve cost me my life.

Please never attempt to go to this dental office for your needs! These people are not running a dental practice but are running a circus. They have an option to book appointments online. The first time I booked an appointment I received a text message from someone saying that the time and date I'd selected was not available despite it being an available option on their website. The person texting me was rude and condescending. A few days later I decided to give it another shot and rebook my appointment on a Saturday. Things started out great. I received a call to confirm my appointment which I did, then BOOM the day before my appointment I received a call telling me that the dentist that worked on Saturday was new and not credential with my insurance- Delta Dental. As a result I didn't reschedule. Don't waste your time with these people. Find another practice to go to that will honor their commitments!

So I went to the La Gran Plaza location, but the call center dropped the ball and scheduled me for a 4 pm appointment and sent me verification for a 5:45 pm appointment. Luckily for me the Team at the La Gran Plaza location was more than happy to go the extra mile Shannon was able to get my insurance processed after the Insurance company was closed, which is a fantastic feat on it's own, Lina was so wonderful and and informative she took the time to explain the process and to help me understand what steps to take next. And the good Doctor Desai made such quick work of my extraction that I hardly believed it was over about as soon as it had began. All around the experience and process had been so quick and convenient combined with this team's level of communication and partnership this is definitely my preference and recommendation Dental office for you to visit.

This is the most horrible place to go get any type of work done for your teeth. They first tried to over charge my wife for services. Then once they seen we had insurance they still tried to over charge us after we was told what the correct price was. Not only that. We sat for 3 hours to only be told they could not do the work because she need more X-rays and the person who does this X-rays only comes once a month. Then once we told to them nevermind we no longer want the services. They gave us a refund becaue they over charged us and then 5 months later sent us another bill for 600 dollars. I truly see what people been talking about when they say Jefferson Dental does not know how to do accounting let alone basic math. I'm thought I was done with this.

Very very satisfied!!! Staff is great you feel welcomed, I felt really comfortable in my visit. Ana is great I really appreciate her she is very professional and very efficient, Love it! She had everything ready the day of my appointment and also thanked her for that courtesy call the day before to see what was going on and what was going to be done for the day off my visit! The staff in the back is also fabulous and the doctors are great very friendly! Rosario and Desai thank you for a great visit also very professional and thank you for listening. In over it was a great experience like always since I’ve been there highly recommend them for your dental services! Y’all are the best!

My daughter needed a tooth extracted. Because of genetics regular pain killers do not work for her. Add the medication she takes for her bipolar disorder . . . She was braced for the worst. Dr. Kim was fantastic! She hardly felt the needle & made it through w/out pain. Dr. Kim & staff gave her a standing ovation. She was smiling when she came out. That kind of attitude of caring for the patient; Understanding our circumstances, her nerves, and other little minor things. The whole staff that we met were like that. Understanding and compassionate. Sometimes adds for business say those words & you don't see. But here we did. At Jefferson they DO IT.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother went today to Dr. Shilpa Singh's clinic for a tooth extraction, and unfortunately, we had an extremely disappointing experience. The conduct of the staff towards my mother was unprofessional and disrespectful. They appeared to mock her for not being fluent in English, which is entirely unacceptable. Moreover, the procedure resulted in a significant amount of pain and distress for my mother, leaving her in tears. I plan to visit the clinic tomorrow to discuss this matter with the management. This is unacceptable considering they are located in one of the main Hispanic areas in south Fort Worth.

Went in for a routine appointment and was greeted with such unprofession. If you have to cancel or change an appointment then patients deserve the same kind of courtesy or respect as they expect from us. I drove an hour to make my appointment just to be told I couldn't be seen because the doctor was is a long procedure. If you knew this, someone should've called me to explain this. Worst experience! Not only will I not be back, I'm going to make sure everyone I know avoids this place like the plague. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Listen Dr. Singh ( not sure if I’m spelling it correctly) has been phenomenal! Since I’ve became a mom I’ve neglected my oral health and it shows! I hate hate coming to the dentist but the whole staff have made me comfortable and haven’t shamed me for my lack of oral hygiene. They’ve been encouraging and supportive. KJ is so down to earth and helpful as the dental hygienist! I will always come here for my dentist appointments. It’s affordable, convenient, and an instant boost of confidence.

Desai was very quick with my appointment I did waited for like 1.5 to 2 hours intill they did my appointment But I understand they were busy with other people (all the staff were running like chickens doing their job, and attending everone and make sure everyone is okay or have any questions) In other words they were great Roseshell was so amazing cleaning my teeth but she also had a great attitude with me and her staff. Anyway my smile is brighter and I'm happy with the results. Thanks y'all

A complete waste of time, for one they broke a tooth and made it worse, and didn't take in consideration how uncomfortable I was also totally misunderstanding on how my procedure about my teeth, the doctor was more concerned about the money then the care of his patient. Now my teeth are worse before I had to leave the appointment with a swollen mouth and now even more damage than good( they charge $1,618.95) for me to be in tears and nothing got done

Had a 10:15 am appointment. At 12:30 I finally stood up and ask the receptionist why I've been waiting so long. Well, 15 mins later I was called back to get x-rays. I was placed in a room to wait another 45 mins before the Doc came in. Now, let me tell you about the room I was in, lent from the A/C all over the walls, dead bugs on the light fixtures, major gouges on the sheetrock wall. Needless to say I will not be returning to this dental office.

I came to this location to get my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kim. Since my first visit, he’s been very patient and explained the process in detail and answered all my questions. He took my emotions in consideration as well as I was very nervous and scared for this procedure but him and his assistant (Lina) did an amazing job! And the staff here are also very friendly and they’re very professional!!

I had some issues with another Jefferson location and after speaking with Ramon, he sent me to Ana and she took good care of me! The Doctor was speedy and the ladies were great! They checked on me, was kind and explained everything i had questions about. The location was very clean and welcoming! I had a nasty taste in my mouth after my previous experience but thanks to La Gran Plaza for saving the day!!!

I was Very disappointed in disappointment and Jefferson dental. I was quoted one price at 1. Jefferson dental and came to this one on grand plaza and was quoted a different price. Unfortunately I did not get The service done and neither is very aggravating and frustrating to be quote one price. And you get to another place in the price is higher. Was not told to me that the price were changed.

I really like this location. The office is clean for starters, not overcrowded and pretty quick check in time. Their appointment scheduling is super flexible and next day and week appts have been available for me several times. Staff is super polite and courteous. I’ve been searching for years for a dentist provider that felt right to me, and I finally found it here.

Dr. Kim was absolutely exceptional, a true God send! I had to get transferred to this location from another location, emergency work and the staff there got me in right away! Dr. Kim made be feel at peace and so much ease in the midst of a very scary time! Thank you Dr. Kim and the staff there at this location. Lina and Delilah were a delight as well!

The staff was not friendly. I went in for a suture removal and I was told one of my sutures had already fallen out, I went home and looked at my teeth and the suture was still there. I had to set up and appointment at another location to have them remove it. The Matlock location is very friendly and I’m sure they will get it done unlike this location.

I came here because I had a tooth issue. Unfortunately, the person who consulted me never addressed my tooth issue and didn't even do an introduction nor did she try to learn of my issue. Instead, I was presented with multiple items to cosmetically fix my smile. I'm disappointed and won't be back because I feel like I wasted my day off.

At first I didn't want to go in, I found out that I needed a tooth extraction to begin with. Dr. Singh pulled it out with me not feeling any kind of pain. All she said was, " okay, we're done". I couldn't believe it. I was extremely comfortable I didn't want to leave. Thank you Dr. Singh. You and your staff are 100+.

Everyone was very friendly. The dentist was extremely perfessinal and explained everything about my visit in detail and answered all my questions with patience. The receptionist lady at the front window has a beautiful spirit. Also the X-ray Tech was amazing caring and careful when taking several x-rays of my teeth.

I recently got my dental cleaning and filling done by Dr Shilpa Singh. She was very professional and patient. Our appointment was at 4:30, we had to wait for 60 minutes until got called. Don’t really know the reason because everyone else coming after us was getting called within 15 minutes of arrival. Really keen to know the motive behind the double standard at this facility.

Very helpful, did not get upset because I was late and could not find the location. Explained every thing and then gave hints to avoid nervous adrenaline rush. Had to wait a little longer since I was late. I would definitely go back.
