I had a very bad experience buying a house with an Agent . I purchased a house that had many issues, and both the agent and the vendor made a significant effort to conceal them. Even on the final inspection day, the agent didn't bring the house keys with her, which was either intentional or highly unprofessional. After waiting for an hour and insisting on canceling the inspection, they finally let us into the house through the garage door. On the settlement day, we realized that the front door was broken. We are extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by the Real Estate and the agent.

Amy Hindrum is always quick to respond to any email I send her and provide updates with repair requests as required. She is always lovely to speak with and is happy to bring my requests to the landlord. Her communication is always clear, professional and courteous. Agents who have visited the property for routine inspections have been wonderful as well. They are respectful of the space and friendly and approachable during their visit. I am very happy with the service that has been provided during my tenancy.

Bought a brand new property with them and had multiple quality issues but once sold they don’t want to know you. Better off buying an older property that’s built well. At least you can add value to it with quality fixtures. Sloppy paint job, door handle jammed, bathroom faucet not secured properly, a garage door that opens up randomly, low water pressure that CAN’T be adjusted to the strength required. Dodgy window finishing. You only realise once you move in.

Most agents are bloody average, a dime for a dozen; all talks but lacks credibility. Once they have you signed up, they become evasive or far too busy to even reply your call. Even the best of the lot like Jellis Craig you know who I meant. Rebekah, you are a rare breed who could even outshine all your bosses combined. Responsive & Responsible is what we treasured as an investor. Bravo, keep up your tenacity.

Purchased a large property with them in March, settled in June. Would never consider buying or selling any of our properties with them in the future. Agent didn’t turn up on settlement day and I have emailed and called numerous times since then for them to collect key box etc and no one even returns a phone call. Terrible customer service.
