This public library is clean and the staff here was friendly and helpful. We came for the family movie event, and I was impressed that they had great snacks and delicious hot chocolate for everyone in attendance. It seems like they have a lot of FREE family-friendly events, so this is a great resource for the neighborhood.

If you have kids this place is ideal for day care. Between the hours of 2:30p and 5p. This place is like a school cafeteria. Staff is friendly, security... Eh. But this place is 100 times better since the remodel. I go there from time to time and had my fair share of being there since the late 90s.

Library is small but has so much books! Geraldine was very nice and accommodating with her class. We had a blast today. The only downside is the cynical attitude of the elderly man who sits behind the counter. He was very short with his answers and not friendly at all.

Very clean and quiet environment. Computers are available for public use. A lot of empty desks for laptop use and reading, so a lowkey and calm spot for studying and working. Staff is very amicable. A hidden gem in this area

Its a small library but the staff are always nice and its clean. They have a few community events and every friday after school they have a program where they kids can play (video) games.

I visited this library today for the first time and experience was super positive. The staff at this branch were super attentive and courteous. This library was very organized and clean.

Nice visit. Friendly staff. Except for one patron who was playing his music a bit loud, most visitors were respecting the 'work quietly protocol' that is usually present at the library.

The Jerome Park Library is a terrific place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you need to use the computers, know that there are time limits on how long you can use them.

The library was clean quite and they were real helpful on showing me on how to use the computer & printer. The only suggestion I have for the library is... Buy a fax machine !

It's convenient for me but a bit noisy. The staff, for the most part do "NOT" enforce the rules. There is so much noise at times that I want to leave, period!!!!

I don't like visiting this library, the staff is extremely rude and they're full of attitude. One day their going to catch me having a bad day....
