Jersey Mike’s at Baseline has become one of our regular, frequent and preferred sub shops around. We’ve made Thursday nights take home after work meal! And Jersey Mike’s has hit the spot with every sub ordered. They are consistently good, fresh and flavorful. Their use of fresh ingredients as well as sub style offerings give us a great variety to choose from and enjoy! Not to mention a clean nice shop, and a great staff always helpful and prompt. Special faves include: Jersey Shore's Favorite; The Super Sub with Provolone, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo; the Club Supreme chock-full Roast beef, turkey, swiss, smoked bacon and mayo; Tuna Fish; the California Steak and Cheese; and my most fave, the Big Kahuna. We continue to try further offerings from their extensive menu… we have a way to go!

I’ve had nothing but problems ordering delivery from this location. The first time, they gave me the wrong food and then didn’t answer their phones when I tried to call to have it corrected. DoorDash tried to reorder the same meal for me, but said that their location was not accepting orders at 1:30pm on a weekday. I reached out to customer service and they corrected the situation, so I figured I’d give them another chance. This time, my order said it would be delivered around 4:15pm. At 5pm, I still didn’t have my food and when I tried calling the location it said that their phones were not connected. Finally, at 6:10pm, I received my order. This location should not be offering delivery if they cannot deliver in a timely manner or answer their phones/keep them connected. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I just waited 30 minutes for a ham and cheese sandwich with no toppings. Guy at the counter ignored me but offered a free drink to a guy who came in AFTER me. The girl behind the counter was really apologetic. It doesn't change the fact that I ordered online, paid in advance and the online orders were made to wait for the in person customers to be taken care of as they came in the door. Customer service was seriously lacking. I won't be back. I know it doesn't hurt the company to lose one customer, but it will make me feel better to eat at all of the other establishments in the area and never step foot into this one again.

I am a big fan of Jersey Mike’s, I live in California and it’s awesome there, I am a pilot, and I go to very many jersey Mike’s, and this one branch definitely takes the prize for the worst ever Jersey Mike’s, bread is hard old, the ladies that are in charge look like they just got out of jail, they’re super pissy, and it seems to upset them that you want to customize your sandwich, the place is dirty, and they don’t have the stuff ready, definitely the worst Jersey, Mike’s, that I’ve ever been to, go somewhere else

I ordered ahead using the app. They served an entire rush that came in, and still never made my order. The rush is gone, and I was still waiting for my order being told it would be ready in a couple of minutes even though I'm the only customer left!!! I had already been there over 20 minutes already at this point!! This is extremely ridiculous. There is no point in ordering ahead when everyone who orders after will receive food first. I only ordered one sub!!! Go to Tempe instead, this is not worth the wait.

I'm extremely impressed with the cleanliness and food handling practices. The guy who made my sandwich used gloves and washed his hands between each customer's sandwiches. The prep area was clean and the bread was kept covered until needed. I also appreciate how the menu has the calorie count next the item along with how many calories will be added or subtracted for sandwich add-ons!

Came 2 weeks ago and they said they were out of bread! So this time I decided to call before I went up there but no one answered the phone! It just rung! I went there and there were 4 people in there! Then they tell me while I'm in line watching a dude enjoy his food while 3 other people in front of me ordered their food just for them to tell me once again that they were out of bread! I mean it's a well known sub shop, how yall don't never have bread! All of this could've been avoided if they answered the phone!

The team working at 2415 E Baseline location at 12:00 PM during the lunch rush are absolutely killing it, handling the flow of the line efficiently and with smiles, all whilst online orders are coming in and being serviced. Iv been to a lot of locations from Scottsdale the Avondale and this is the best customer service I have had at any. I work in pest control I know my area well and these guys and gal deserve a bonus. I appreciate what you guys do and never stop looking for greater success.

We ordered catering for pick up at 10 am for our lunch meeting today.. Walked in at 10, and our order was ready and waiting. The sandwiches were perfectly prepared for our custom order. Great experience and very easy to use the online ordering. We highly recommend this location, and will definitely use the online ordering for our upcoming meetings.

The sub was ok, a little pricey for what you get but no big deal. What I don't like is the spot on the receipt for tipping, do we really need to tip someone for making a 2 minute sandwich or ringing a register? I don't like being put on the spot, this is ownerships fault. If you owners don't feel your employees are making enough money then give them a raise cheap ass. I will not visit, or revisit, any fast-food place that has a spot on the receipt for tipping.

It's a sub place with a great sub. Corporate work sucks for many reasons, but the team here has fun. I think there is a grind évident in that the small work place can lend itself to playing itself out as giving some employees a more challenging time there than others.

My wife was craving a ham & cheese sub. Since JM has added the grilled portobello sandwhich its been my go to. Today I was extra hungry and ordered extra mushrooms with a note asking for as many mushrooms as I could get without getting someone fired. They ladies working today did not disappoint !! I had a hard time closing it to take a bite. Thanks for playing along with my request. We will definitely be back!

Went to this location couple days ago, there were to guys working. The one that cut the meats is really on it but the other one is too slow seems as if he was tired or sick. IO waited about 30 mins before he takes my order and when the other guy asked what to put on my sandwich they got my order all wrong. Al because of the lazy guy didn't pay attention to me when he took my order. Horrible customer service

I order from this store at least once a week and the sandwiches are progressively getting worse. I specially order light oil and vinegar to avoid a soggy sandwich and the last one I got was not edible. It was basically a soup sandwich. Went in for lunch and the place was packed with DPS officers. I was slightly worried about the time it would take to get my lunch but the manager, Crystal, assured me that my #9 wouldn't take long. It seemed like as soon as I paid they had my sub ready. The entire crew was fast and friendly and you could tell that they lliked working together. I'll definitely be returning for a another sub.

My 2nd time visiting wasn't as pleasant as the first. I visited today around lunchtime . There was no customers in line as I preceded to veiw the menu the two guys never greeted me. I just started saying what I wanted since no one asked. The entire transaction they were focused on the customer behind me. Please do better! Greet all customers and treat others how you want to be treated.

Perfect! Stopped in with my moms, who had never tried JM before. The service was very friendly and had great recommendations. Our subs were made right in front of us, quickly and expertly. We took our subs home to devour & man was it hard to wait. My mom loved her cheesesteak. My sub was excellent, as usual. I love my local Jersey Mike's shop.

First time to a Jersey Mike's. I have seen them throughout the country, but this was my first experience at one. The menu is rather limited, compared to my favorite sub shops. The food was good, and the subs were prepared quickly. A great option in the area when your looking for a sandwich.

Every time I eat here I tell myself "you should have gone to subway." While slow service is frustrating, I can handle it. But when I get my sandwich home and the bread is complete mush from the oil and vinegar (which I said light) and I just throw it away, I'm reminded why I won't be back.

These guys jimmy and Jose were the friendliest people I’ve ever had at a Jersey mikes especially jimmy since he was taking my order. Suggested my now favorite sandwich at Jersey mikes. #13 with chipotle mayo. I hope to see this guy more often! I also look forward to coming every week

The customer service is not on same par as other Jersey Mike stores I have visited. I have always been greeted when I walked in. I was ignored here. I wont be back again. To be honest, Subway is a better deal, far more veggie choices and less $$.
