My family and I actually like Jersey Mike's subs. We have had good experiences at other locations and pretty much like our food most of the time. This time was different and some of the worst service and food handling we have experienced. I ordered two giant subs, one hot and one cold. The staff member that was making my cold sub seemed was a but inexperienced but managed to make the sub the way i ordered it although sloppy. But then he proceeded to move my built sub directly on the counter next to the register with NO PAPER wrapper underneath! That's beyond disgusting but I didn't say anything at first. He told another employee to get the wrapper and wrap the sub. This employee then proceeded to TRY to wrap my sub and failed miserably twice and almost fully deconstructed the sandwich in the process. He tried to do it a third time, to which I spoke up and said it was not a sandwich I am going to want to eat after he manhandled it several times to wrap it. It was completely destroyed and they still wanted to sell it to me. I had already paid for both my sandwiches, would I quickly just asked for a full refund after this experience. My kids and I were completely disgusted by their lack of hygiene and lack of skill in making a simple sandwich. I received my refund and left without a meal and had to go to a local burger place instead that night. The staff here needs to be trained properly as they are not doing the Jersey Mike's name any good. They actually have a good product but need to rely on well trained staff in both building sandwiches and just simple customer service to ensure any satisfaction and returning customers.

I wanted this place to be amazing, but unfortunately it’s very forgettable. They have some quality product but the follow through is lacking. I said I was New and have never eaten there so I wanted them to inform me about the food and what was good. In response for my question, I got blank stares from the employees. Finally after asking a second time for some feedback one of the people in line gave me some answers. Not an employee. I got the “famous Philly” as the other guest recommended. My friend got another sandwich. The philly was ok. But they wrapped it so tight and gave it to me upside down so by the time I sat down to eat it the cheese was all stuck to the paper and juices running every where. Might as well of not used cheese if you are gonna wrap them like that and give hem to customers upside down. The sandwich had good taste. It would have tasted better with the darn cheese still on it but what ever. The true fail here is the employees. If you can’t help the customer when they say, “hi, I have never eaten here before, what would you recommend” then you need to find a new job. I think they were more interested in playing grab ass then working. I had to reach over the counter to get a bag at the end cause we couldn’t find the employees any more. Any way, good luck. If you get more dedicated employees maybe I will swing back by.

We discovered this place a few months ago and things were off to a great start. I thought we had found an alternative sandwich location as we enjoyed the food - it was fresh and ready promptly for pickup. Unfortunately, over a relatively short time, the order completion & quality assurance started to diminish. A few constructive feedback messages were sent to help the store address the concerns, but they still persist. Not every single time, but enough for you to realize they're not really paying attention or perhaps they just don't care. Recently, after placing an order online, I was informed via frantic call back they were out of white bread. (I'll give 'em credit for the quick catch.) I'm aware this is a new store & mishaps like these can happen, but, in the end given our history with this location, their apparently lack of follow-up, and the last order also having issues ... I guess it's back to looking for another sandwich alternative. Quite sad really. Jersey Mikes has a lot of potential.

This was the absolutely worst experience I’ve had at a Jersey Mike’s. We love these sandwiches but the customer service at the Huebner location was appalling. The young lady making our sandwiches was using the very end of the turkey and barely put turkey on our sandwiches. So I asked her to please add more turkey. She said that’s going to be extra. In a normal situation yes if I’m asking for extra I would pay for it. In this case I was just asking for the amount that should go on the sandwich. So I explained that to her and then she said well let me weigh it. I said sure. Once she did are realized it was three slices short and all she was was oh. Now both sandwiches were short but she only added to one. The rest of the crew didn’t say anything or help the situation. I looked stupid in front of all the other guests there and she wasn’t apologetic or anything. I was extremely disappointed by the way I was treated today.

Today was my first time trying Jersey Mike’s and I will not come back again. The service at the location on Huebner and Stone Oak is horrible. I placed the order on the app and arrived at the store at the time that it was supposed to be ready, however, it was not. After a few minutes, I asked about my order and a male behind the counter,(who appeared to be the manager at the moment) said it was not ready and that it would be “out shortly.“ After about another 5 to 10 minutes and 2 to 3 other people coming in after me and getting their sandwiches, I asked again about my sandwich. Apparently it was made and sitting behind the counter somewhere and no one bothered to call my name. Of course, there was no apology at all, rather, an attitude of something like…I should be thankful that Jersey Mike’s made me a sandwich! I will also add that I added a tip on the app which they sure did not earn!

Food is good. Pick up service is not so good, unless you are a thief. Food pickup is at the side entrance. You can just read a name on the bag and say it's you and you get yourself free food. That's what happened to me when I got to the store to pick up my food. The guy behind the counter told me someone had already picked up my food which was already paid for online. They made me another order but, I had to wait nearly 25 minutes. I was not happy with the wait. Instead of making my food right away, I had to wait until they cleared a line of 6 people ahead of me. It's obvious to me they don't even bother asking for confirmation numbers off of your phone to verify its your order.

Every time I come here I'm disappointed. I work at jersey mikes in Austin so I'm expecting similar quality.NOPE. Every time I come in the lobby is basically trashed,their front line is unstocked,and their slicer is dirty and even has bell pepper fragments on it when bell pepper isn't supposed to be sliced on the meat slicer. My Philly cheesesteak was covered in chipotle mayo to the point of sogginess which wouldn't have been so bad if my bread would have been tempered but instead it was just a cold piece of same day bread not even heated on the grill. The steak inside was half raw and it looked as if it was cut maybe 4 times. I know how to do this job it's not hard but god do these kids make it seem so. I will not be returning, I've been here 2 times too many.

The man who took over Jersey Mike's way back in the days made it famous for a few reasons, he kept up with the traditions. One of those reasons was hospitality and the other was the quality of the food or the sub. When you walk in and everyone looks like they're in a bad mood makes the quality of the food terrible. I hate when they just throw stuff together. I wouldn't have any problem with meat hanging out the sides if it was because I had extra but the problem is sloppiness of Jersey Mike's employees who just don't care or there for a paycheck. I've been coming to Jersey Mike's for years and I have noticed the quality just gone down. I've gone as far as going to my local store grabbing the items and going home and making it myself.

My Husband and I have gone to this location for a very long time. But today was disappointing on 6-1-2023 I had called in my order 20 minutes to noon and asked if I could pick it up at 2:00 and of course they said yes. I get there and the food was not ready I had to wait. Yes a 50% employee discount was given but my son wrap was not cooked right nore was the wrap cut in half or package right and all my husbands points and he has points are not even showing up to the point I did not even bother asking. Very disaponting... wont call in another oder..

Let's start off by saying it's hard to find places to eat seeing as I have a gluten and lactose intolerance. With that being said Gabriel was able to accommodate my dietary needs and was so with a smile on his face. He was kind and polite. The place wasn't packed not because it was slow but because the crew was on top of their game. As my wife and I walked in the tables were being cleaned and we were greeted with hello and welcome. If more places were like this the world would be a better place. Thank you again Gabriel you made our day.

Honestly, this time I am disappointed with Jersey Mike's. Normally, the sandwiches are so much better. My wife's sandwich bread was hard and didn't seem all that fresh. My sandwich was completely on the wrong type of bread. Additionally, my wife's sandwich had almost no bacon on it. Really disappointed as this is one of our go to places. Also, was supposed to receive double points for going on a Tuesday in April after 4 pm, but only received the normal amount.

Picked up a cheesteak this morning. And like most typical Americans I, like to put ketchup on my steak. When I asked for a couple ketchup packets to go with my lunch, the cashier responded "we don't have any ketchup". Completely caught off guard, I replied "really, you dont have any ketchup?" Cashier then replies "no sir, this is a new store". I don't know how you can be in business, and stay in business when you can't offer basic condiments to paying customers.

First time at Jersey Mikes. I’ve always just gone to Subway, but I received some Jersey Mikes coupons in the mail so I decided to give it try. I went during lunch, 12:30 to be exact and it was really bustling with customers, but the line was moving VERY efficiently. I got a regular Tuna/Fish Sub and it was so delicious. I used my coupon and my bill was zero. All the staff were not not only fast, but friendly despite it being very busy. My family and I will return. ❤️

I have eaten at this location and always have a pleasant experience. The employees are friendly, the restaurant is clean and the food is always made the way I like it. I recently used them for a catering order and Jasmine made the who experience smooth. She was GREAT! Everything made fresh and delivered. Everyone enjoyed their food. The subs here are really great. They have 3 sizes to pick from. There is a gluten free bread but one size only (6"). Variety of types to choose from. Different meats( Turkey to philly even meatballs) cheese and toppings. Beats other subs. Price is more than other place near by but taste lot better. Just keep eye on how it's made if wanting something special, staff almost messed order up in 2 trips going here if not kept on them. They do have a point reward system too.

I love this place. Love the bread, soft but just firm enough to hold the sandwich. Love the meat, particularly the ham, just salty and thin enough to taste and enjoy the ham flavor. I love the Mayo, not to thick and not watery. The put a ton of veggies on the sandwich that it is barely able to fit into your mouth. Heaven forbid you ask for double meat ... you will need another pair of pants a size bigger and a wheelbarrow to get you to where you want to go.

Tried this place for the 1st time this morning and it definitely won't be our last visit. I was certain I wanted a cheesesteak until I smelled that delicious bacon, had to get a club after that. Wasn't sure about getting it Mike's Way because I'm not crazy about oil and vinegar, but I'm glad I tried it. My husband got the big kahuna and it did not disappoint. Employees were friendly and service was great. Can't wait to go back and try something new.

I ordered 3 sandwiches for my family for lunch through Postmates. 2 of the sandwiches were absolutely disgusting. One of them i instructed no mayo and it was covered in mayo. My mom hates mayo. The sandwich was thrown away. The other one the lettuce was brown and very bitter. Then there was so much mayo it was horrible. I ended up throwing it away as well. I normally don’t complain and hate giving bad reviews. But this was a horrible lunch.

Paid with cash and was not given the proper change back, as I let the cashier know this he decided to roll his eyes because I was complaining about a dollar. I’m 100% sure if I had shorted him a dollar he would have not given me my food. It may or not be his fault but it is a shame that todays employees are not used to handling cash, but that doesn’t make it ok.

Lobby is TRASHED!! Napkins, crumbs, food all over the floor. Floors do not look like they have been mopped in months. All table tops were filthy, sticky, and covered with crumbs and soda spots. The soda machine was filthy and dusty. This place definitely needs a scrub down from top to bottom!! Been to other Jersey Mikes and they do not look like this one. Owner needs to do a better job managing and making sure the restaurant looks clean.

I've been eating Jersey Mike's, for 2months every day or every other day. I eat the 12" Italian sub. Cooper is a polite and professional mgr, who i feel deserves recognition for a job well done. We've experienced professional service and a great product, and expect to continually support this business each week. Ordered jersey mikes for the first time and had it delivered through Uber eats. Sandwiches were so sloppy, avocado and Mayo were squishing out all over and the oil made the bread so soggy. Avocado was brown on all 3 sandwiches and made them inedible. 50$ for 3 sandwiches we couldn’t finish. Womp womp. If you can visibles your avocado is bad then just let us know we aren’t getting avocado better than ruining the whole sandwich. -_-

Really good. Had visited the Austin location and thought to try this one when I stone oak. Happy and enthusiastic guys making sandwiches. Excellent flavor and very.clean.

Between my mom’s chemo appointments, her hospital stay, work, and daily chores, I’ve been TIRED. I know this may sound silly to some, but today I just really wanted a dang good sandwich to eat. Jersey Mike’s Subs pulled through! The sandwich tasted AMAZING and it made my day so much better. I really needed this and am so thankful for the workers who made such a wonderful sandwich.

For starters, the table was filthy. We cleaned it ourselves and proceeded to sit. Next thing we know there's a large cockroach crawling on the floor (the huge kind). Whether it's stone oak or not, this is totally unacceptable - should have spoken to the manager but truly I just wanted to get my family out of there as soon as possible. First time there and never going back.

The young man who answered the phone today was very rude, it was my first time calling to place an order & because I didn’t know the “lingo” he was short with me & kept cutting me off while I was talking. I finally just said forget it & hung up. Not a good first impression at all. Can’t say how good the food was or wasn’t because I didn’t even get as far as ordering…

Stopped in to Jersey Mike's for the first time and was helped by an amazing young man (William) who was helpful with the suggestions the sandwiches were great and it helped that the customer service was just as great. I appreciate you welcoming us when we came in the establishment and made sure that we enjoyed our meal when we left. Keep up the good work.

Love having the Classic Italian made Mikes Way. Quality, freshness pops with their sandwich dressings. Love their sandwiches both hot and cold. Its usually always busy. Make sure you know what sandwich and toppings you want before you get to the window. People are very passionate about their Jersey Mike's order and dont like to wait behind a noob.

The sandwiches are pretty good, they have comparable sandwitches to witch witch. At this point, it was about 10 years ago, but the manager at this location at the time illegaly discriminated against my GF, and said he didn't want to hire her because she wasn't Christian, pretty deplorable. I hope the same manager isn't still there.

Ordered through GrubHub and they messed up my order. I ordered a #7 and it was supposed to be served “Mike’s Way” with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. but literally only had turkey and provolone. It was a huge let down. The service here is definitely sub par and the employees clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

I used to love Jersey Mike’s until recently this is the 3 rd time in a row my Hoagie was terrible instructions weren’t followed there was more lettuce and mayo on the hoagie than anything else specifically asked for no mayo the whole hoagie was covered in it ... beyond disappointed

Great meat but just piled too high with lettuce and tomatoes. And "the juice" that they add is okay, but the amount that they add makes the sub soggy. I recommend asking for a little less or none at all unless you plan to eat it right away. It will get soggy on the way home

By far the best Jersey Mike's in San Antonio. The entire staff was very polite and considerate not just one person. they worked well as a team to fix my order when I changed my mind multiple times. Of the food was delicious too. I will definitely be coming back!!!

Very disappointed! They use gloves, but I don’t think the employees understand WHY they wear them. Touching money, throwing away receipt orders that are handed to them by other customers and after all that they continue to use the same gloves to make your food!

My wife and I came here for lunch today. She's a big Subway fan and loves their meatball subs. But today Mike's earned a new customer! She was extremely impressed with her sub and I tried their Philly cheese steak which was phenomenal! Highly recommend!

Very nice place, somewhat close to sit near to other customers, great selection of meats, bread is more toasted/ crunchy than like other places and does not have the variety of toppings to go onto the sub as others do, prices are slightly more.

What a great crew, and such great subs! Yeah, you're gonna pay more here than Subway or J.J.s, but that's to be expected when you are getting premium product. Let these guys fix you up once, and you'll be a regular! …

Subs are the best even if a bit pricey. The bread could be better. Dining room cleanliness is the worst of all the fast food restaurants I frequent . The tabletops are gummy and the floor is usually adorned with trash and crumbs .

A busy place with orders at counter and online with App. Guys were hustling to make the sandwiches requested. Enjoyed my Giant #5 Sub with Chips while watching College Football at home. I would recommend as place to get subs.

We don't have these in Wichita, KS. The Chipotle Chicken Cheesesteak was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend this menu item. The staff was also very friendly, and helpful in navigating the menu for the first time.

You can’t go wrong with customer service, if you like sandwiches then Jersey mikes is for you. My favorite is the #57 with rosemary bread. I really do like having the option oof not having the basic breading.

Had the famous Philly sub and I wasn't impressed. It wasn't bad it just wasn't flavorful. Wise guys (although Chicago style) and Malik's famous Philly truck are better imo. I will be back to try a cold sub

I absolutely love Jersey Mike’s. This particular location is a hit or miss on the staff working though. Recently the staff has been better. This location doesn’t have the watermelon tea which is a bummer.

Ok $20. A number 9. 2 slice of roast beef 2 slices of turkey on each side. It's literally a bit with lettuce tomatoes and onions and a hint of cold cutts. Seriously over priced . NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

The food tasted good, just like a deli, they had whole chunks of meat they thinly sliced up in front of you. I felt like my roast beef sandwich could have had a little more meat for the price.

I LOVE Jersey Mike's. You always get a tasty lunch quickly. Expect to pay more than you will at Subway or JJ's, but I feel the quality of the meat, bread and produce more than make up for it.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Next time I will try the steak Philly instead of the chicken. They are also doing takeout orders which is good to know in case you want to order ahead.

Generally very good. The wife loves the cheese steak and that is what we normally get. Tasty and plenty of meat. Some subs come by default with peppers so make sure you check when ordering.

The sandwiches here are so fresh. I love the ham and prosciutto with Mike's way and extra jalapeños. :) There are 3 tables open but they have a a picnic table outside to eat!

I love Jersey Mike's! I just wish they were closer to my area. I usually drive pretty far to get their food, but I make it worth my trip when I get their largest size subs.

I enjoy their sandwiches but man are they expensive for what you get Can't walk out of there without spending almost $10 a person. For that amount there are better choices.

I just got jersey mikes for the first time and it was so freaking good. Not to mention the employees were awesome. I didn’t even have a chance for a pic I ate it too fast.

Disappointing. Nobody in management thought having enough white bread on hand for their big Donation Day promotion was a good idea. They got half my business.

With all of the "Sub" sandwich shops to choose from. I have definitely found my new favorite.

Location used to be great, now it's just a bunch of kids horse playing around messing up your order. And don't even complain cus they don't care

I love the sandwiches but my experience with this store was poor. My bread was not fresh, it was hard and the sandwiches were not identified.

It was OK but not much more. Most fast food chains are a disappointment now due to lowering costs by lowering quality and raising prices.

Delicious & worth every dollar! Much much better than Subway! Customer service is great & their Turkey breast with provolone is amazing!

I LOVE this place. I wish there were more locations, bcuz they are all so far away. But the food is great and so is the service...

Best sub in town. Get it dressed "Mike's Way" it's outstanding, the oil and vinegar make it. I like the #8 club. Friendly service.

The food is really good but the price is not cheap. Adding meat to get to a true cheesesteak makes the sandwich too expensive.

Love these sandwiches. Good service I never eat there but it's very roomy and clean. Great service. Expensive but worth it.

Jersey Mike's has it down! No matter which one you go to I've never had bad service. San Antonio or San Diego all good!
