I picked this place purely because of the reviews and convenience of them coming to my location. The first phone call to the business got me a call back from a technician quickly. I scheduled an appointment with the technician for 630 pm. When the technician was 10 minutes late, I had to call and ask where the technician was. They said they would send a reminder to the technician and he would call me to "confirm details". Another 5 to 10 minutes later the technician calls back and says that he is leaving one job and still asks if I'm "already on-site". I have to ask him how long it will be and he tells me 20 to 25 minutes. At this point it is already 650. He calls again at 720 and tells me it will be another 10 minutes. He finally shows up at 730, one hour later than originally scheduled. He opens his door and it reeks of weed. The programming and key cutting went quickly. The actual service went fine. I would be happy to use them again, should the communication by all involved be better. The worst part was having a technician that had no regard for my time.

Saw the great Reviews Jet has on Google, checked out their website and saw they serviced my town and called to have a house and apartment rekeyed. The gentleman was nice on the phone and said a tech from my area will call me back......3 hours later....no call. I called again and the nice gentleman apologized about no one calling me back and had the tech called me right away. She said we were too far out of their area even though my town is listed as an area they service on their website. What a joke and a waste of my time. The next day the actual tech that covers my area gave me a call and said she had the day off and that no else will come out this far but she was very accomodating and was able to come the same day and performed outstanding service.

After replacing battery in fob, I soon realized I had to reprogram it. After several YouTube attempts, I called Jet. Rodolpho returned the call within 15 minutes. Said reprogram is 99 and he is 20 minutes away. 45 minutes later reprogram not possible due to my damage to chip(I work with blood test analyzers). 199 for new key without fob buttons. After fumbling around in trunk @56 temp and rain for 1 hour , he could rebuild my key for an extra 50. Walk away with 265 less and 1 1/2 keys. Next day rebuilt fob falls apart in pocket and he says I can do same as before and get another case on Amazon. It still needs to be reprogrammed after I put it back together Update: 2 days later Jet made it right. 2 stars to 5

Joseph just saved my life! And my service dog Heidi. He was here very quickly all the way from Dallas to Ft. Worth on a Saturday night. I could not get any other locksmiths to take the job of making my key. I guess because it was the weekend. Even though many of them say 24/7 service. I'm so grateful for Joseph and Jetlock for helping me. He was very pleasant and personable. I am safe again and on the road! It took him no more than 10 minutes to make my key. Life goes on. If you want a seamless process for your automotive locksmithing needs, then Benjamin is your go-to guy. At a point in time where I felt hopeless with the key fob I acquired from eBay, Benjamin helped me with not only programming it for my car but also to cut it along with an additional spare, all for the best deal possible. He got done what another locksmith told me wasn’t possible, and certainly for a better cost than what any dealer could offer. I will gladly seek his help again in the future!

I needed an additional fob to replace one that was lost. Extremely responsive - from first phone call to job finish took about 2 hours! Barry was my technician. He was very thorough and allowed me to test the fob before he began to process payment. Friendly service and cost less than the dealership - plus, they came to my house.
