"My husband and I planned our recent honeymoon with #JetSet-Go Travel. They made the process smooth, seamless, and stress free! Once we chose our destination of Nobu Los Cabos, they handled everything from flights, to transport from the airport, accommodations and even activities and excursions. Everything was on one itinerary that we were able to print out and take with us, and included detailed descriptions and instructions including where to meet our driver at the airport, what their uniform would look like and what type of car they would be driving. The resort, amenities and service were amazing, and the food was over the top phenomenal! We were a bit nervous about what to expect in regards to traveling internationally during Covid. We quickly realized there was really no reason for concern, as JetSet-Go were already on top of it and aside from answering a couple of questions at the airport about whether we had Covid symptoms, it was a non-issue. The United States required a negative covid test to return, and the hotel offered free testing in house, which they scheduled with us when we checked in. The testing was quick and convenient and they emailed the results to us quickly with a link to where we needed to send and upload the results before our flight home. JetSet-Go Travel also did a good job of explaining what would happen in the event that we tested positive, and offered a highly discounted room rate so that you could stay until you could return home. We were pleasantly surprised by just how easy the entire process was. We will definitely be planning future vacations with JetSet-Go Travel!"

Overall experience was good and the communication leading up to the trip was superior to other agencies. Although communications was a bit quiet at first, the complete responsiveness thereafter quickly made up for it. Kaashiefa especially made herself available 24/7 to answer any questions and even offered to check us into our flights after hours! A nice touch was that our itinerary along with some covid supplies (masks and sanitisers) was couriered to us beforehand. Would use them again.

What an absolute pleasure to have dealt with Kaashiefa. We just gave her a budget and she took over. Our whole 14 day trip was planned right down to the finest details. Had such a pleasant experience with JetSet Go Travel. Kaashiefa was an absolute pleasure to work with. Through out the entire process she kept us updated and checked in through the trip. We had challenges with airline strikes resulting in rescheduleling our vacation but Kaashiefa was always on the ball and so efficient.
